I love coming here. Huge store, always friendly, always have what I need.

The Clackamas store has always been my go to Home Depot store because it is kept clean, the item departments are very well organized and the employees are very helpful and in general the employees in the various construction related sales areas have experience and knowledge about the items that are for sale.

We had a really great experience buying our fridge and washer from this Home Depot and specifically from Rees Boles. We did everything I would've done if I was trying to sell myself an appliance. He let us look around without badgering us, told us insightful info on the products when we asked, didn't push us to death on the extended warranties/protection plans, and was extremely quick with the computer and paperwork. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I have purchased several items from the plumbing department and it all worked out great for a guy that has little plumbing experience. I received some good advise.

I had a lot of help from the cashier Devon and a guy with a neck tattoo (circle with cross hair?) they were great!

The male employee Avery was very condescending. If you’re a women and think u may need any help throughout ur visit, DO NOT GO HERE. I was approached by a male associate (without requesting any help) and was talked down to. He seemed irritated the entire time, didn’t offer any real help, insinuated my friend was irritated to be shopping with me, and argued with her about what car she drove ( without ever seeing the car). I have never had an experience worth writing a review about at any other store, ever!

We were waited on in the appliance section of this store by Candice. She answered all her questions and gave us some good tips for excepting our product, and went to sign for that acceptance- good tips! Also, she had to stay late to finish our invoice. Her computer was not cooperating and still with a lot of patience and grace. She got us through the process of actually buying our refrigerator. They’re lucky to have her and we really appreciate her great service.

I went in to buy one thing: a wheel for a tile cutter. They were locked up, so I found an employee and asked for help. They told me to go to Customer Service, so I stood in line there. I was told by CS that they couldn't help and I needed to go to the register. I stood in line there. They said they didn't know what to do, but finally paged for someone to meet me in the aisle. I stood in the aisle for 10 minutes and kept checking around, no one showed up. I finally left and ran in to a group of 3 employees just hanging out and chatting. I asked if one of them would help me and finally one of them left the group and unlocked the tile cutter for me. If your Customer Service can't serve your customers, you need to rename it.

I only got 50% of what I needed today. The rest of the stuff I will have to order online from a competitor.

I shop this store because of the leadership provided by store manger Robert Mosley. All his team always greets me and asks how they can assist me. They have often provided guidance for shopping needs solutions and/or suggested a better alternative to my needs. I'm always thanked for my service to our country! The overall customer service experience is always excellent from beginning to end. I believe this due to Robert Mosley's leadership.

I had an excellent experience working with Tony D. -- he methodically searched and selected the correct screw thread and length to fix a handle to a heirloom copper bottomed kettle. His courteous and professional mannerisms was greatly appreciated.

I have several Home Depot stores closer to my home and business, but if I have a lot of stuff to buy for our construction business, I will drive across town to the Clackamas / Johnson Creek store. The staff are helpful and the store is well stocked.

We got our new Schlage locks rekeyed and the staff used the opportunity to mentor another staff person by showing and then allowing them to try. The young man learned quickly and was most appreciative. Everyone was so polite.

Awful experience no help finding anything

I came to get some potting mix with my dad , and prior to that I been hearing that I can get open bag of ripped bags of soil for 50% off . So we decided to ask and Stephen in garden was really nice about it and told us we can have it for 50% off . And also cashier Bronwyn was so helpful and nice 👍

He knows all of the things, and is patient and kind

I bought an air conditioner and one of the guys working helped pick the right one and got it down off the shelf for me. I needed wood screws and a employee helped me pick the right ones and also told me I should pre drill holes so the wood doesn't split. My cashier was also amazing and friendly she got me a cart to put the air conditioner in so I wouldn't have to carry it to the car
