Home Depot employees here show concern for my house build needs. Pro desk girls are the best - Georgie, Nicole and Melanie. They are awesome! Designer Norma T. helped me with my kitchen cabinet order from Home Depot. Norma is the very best employee any store could have. Lisa in Paint Department knows her stuff. She is most helpful. All the girls above are awesome in their own way. Outside delivery for HD is lacking. Has nothing to do with the driver. HD delivery on time is always lacking. Sending 13 boards of drywall for an order of 125 boards to a job site is disgusting. Then on same order sent 38 board of drywall few days later. End of a week finally got remaining drywall boards in the order. All this time I had to delay drywall contractor. That was not good. This was very very frustrating for me!

The worst experience I ever had at a home depot. The paint department on 4/17 and a day before was rude and was too busy to help. even though I was the only person there at the time. She had someone else doing her mixing when I walked up as she was talking with other employees. kept telling me to do whatever I wanted honey. even after the paint was confirmed at customer service she refused to locate it.

I want to thank Kevin Daniel & Larry the cashier for there help in making my purchase & my visit a pleasurable one. These gentlemen are an asset to your company, they should be compensated for the service they give!

We've traveled around the country for years and since Home Depot is my husband's favorite store, we always end up at the local HD. From day one at the Clayton store, we have been pleasantly surprised and thrilled with the employees here. So much so, that we now compare this location to every other one that we go to. And, without fail, Clayton HD far surpasses the Customer service experience in every area. Knowledgeable staff in the aisles, the pro desk, the returns, etc. HIGHLY recommend Clayton HD

Sometimes it takes a while for an associate to come to area where I'm looking for an item - short staffed like everywhere else I suppose - but once they arrive they are quite helpful. I really like this store.

I was surprised to see that this location had everything I needed today. I was shopping for nearly 60 items, some of them duplicates, and this store had them all. The shelved were well stocked and very organized.

Shanda is a definite asset to this store. She assisted from a different department of the store and was not only knowledgeable of the product but the entire store.

Salesman in the appliance department was very explicit of the features and benefits of the refrigerator and extended warranty I purchased.

Friendly service and helpful with solving issues

ALL the employees we have encountered at the Home Depot Clayton,GA have been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to give 100% and above. But we want to single out Crystal at the Pro Desk !! She is GREAT !!! She has been a God Send to us on several things, one issue more important than the others. I’d recommend this Home Depot to Anyone at Anytime !!

The kitchen team leader… Nora I believe was her name. The paperwork says sales person NTF9IH. She was just wonderful helping me with all aspects of the project. Also the flooring peopleI believe Andrew and Becky were so nice.

Norma is an excellent source for help with kitchen design at this Home Depot in Clayton. She knows her kitchens and takes plenty of time with you

My family has a lake place near Clayton, so I'm here a lot when I'm there dealing with maintenance issues. This location *consistently* has *the* most knowledgeable and friendly people. Always. Always.

I live near a Home Depot in Sun city center Floridaband feel like I'm bothering the employee when I walk in the door .No other choice

I had an huge unexpected project to complete in my home and after many quotes I decided to use Home Depot as they were the only ones that carried the specific flooring I wanted. A few hiccups along the way but it kept me on my toes to make sure all information was correct and things would get done as they should be. Definitely a learning experience and getting just the flooring I wanted was well worth the time.

I had to have an employee get a pallet of 4x4 post down for me with the forklift and the safety precautions taken by the employees involved really impressed me. I have defiantly not seen safety guidelines followed as closely in other home improvement stores as I did in Home Depot.

Great selection and great customer service

Was buying a (for me) fairly expensive workbench/toolbox. I had a number of questions, including construction, assembly, delivery, etc. All issues were handled with patience and professionalism.

Our local Home Depot has outstanding employees that deserve recognition. In particular, Johnny in electric, who goes above and beyond to help. He has industry knowledge that he shares with shoppers who may need tips on home improvement projects. We've appreciated and used much of his advice. We're very thankful for him and the rest of the wonderful team of employees.

This is a regular home depot but what makes it stand out are the employees and their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to help. I’m so appreciative and grateful for a great store.

Went to buy a couple of plants today and was very impressed with recently improved inventory.

This Home Depot in Clayton is wonderful. Every time I've gone there I've gotten help by an employee who listened to what I needed, helped me to find it and sometimes helped me solve a problem I was having when I was just moving in.

The people at this store know how to treat customers like they want them to come back over and over.

We were visting the Clayton area up from Orlando FL and needed a few items. Tonya and Laura at HD were extremely helpful. Very much appreciated!

This may be a smaller HD, but the staff goes out of their way to assist.

This store is amazing in the fact that the employees are super friendly and helpful and you can actually find someone to help you. It is always clean and neat as well. Their customer service is amazing.

I drive a little further for this Home Depo. It is always clean and stocked and I Don have to wander the store to find help if I need it.

Bought a washer/dryer at this location due to such s great salesperson helping me.

Beautiful artificial Christmas tree. The staff was so helpful in the purchase and loading the tree in my car. Clayton Home Depot is one of my favorite stores to shop.
