This store is getting better in cleveland hts. Oh. Cleve hts oh has hard working citizens.

Home depot has all my needs. Cleveland Heights is a great location. I hope it never moved.

This store is close to my home and is convenient. However, most of the homes in this area are built in around 1940. Some pluming parts to replace bathtub faucets are non existent. It would be nice if the store was organized with a special section for some of the old hard to find plumbing stuff. Also it would be nice if it carried some slate shingles / repair parts.

This store is always well stocked and staff friendly.

The employees at this store has maintained excellent customer service support, and safety during the entire Covid Pandemic crisis in this country, which continues to plague us today. Though they have always provided excellent service at this location, they continue to respond to customers/community needs, even w/ more care since the pandemic. So I say to all of them! Thank you so much for being here for us, and not wavering in providing excellent service! I'm so thankful for you being in this neighborhood! My hat off to you!!

Best Home Depot in the greater Cleveland area. Fast, friendly, service. In aisle experts are very knowledgeable and are willing to help with project suggestions, the younger associates are respectful to all customers. I think the store attracts a good client base who are just as friendly as the staff.

The shopping assistance was great. The stock was good. The lady at the register named Teresa is a bad apple for that store. She fussed at me very rudely. I don’t know why but I stayed far back and. I am calling the store manager but this is a pandemic. What is wrong with people? My goodness lady you ruined it with your ugliness. I hate that place now. She wasn’t even my cashier

Employees who work at the service desk are awesome

This location is always my first choice because of its proximity to my home. Employees are friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance.

Dirty. No one around to help. Consistently takes way too much time to get lumber cut. Associates don’t care. Wish they would close and let local hardware stores back into the market. Would gladly pay more to not have to put up with this store’s BS.

Marsha the cashier is a huge asset to Home Depot Her exception attitude and service stood out like the full moon Arthur Blank would be proud!!!!!!!!!!!!! GM is wonderful too

This store is so friendly, I look forward to going. I was in Home Depot so much for my last project, that the staff would greet me, and ask what was I looking for today.

The plants are always fresh and the people are always nice.

I always choose this Home Depot store because of the friendly employees, and the quantity and quality of products. I never have a problem asking employees questions for assistance and getting the answers I need to purchase the right product(s). I also appreciate the cleanliness of the outside and inside of the store. Parking can be a little tricky, depending on the time of day, but it's good to know that other shoppers value this Home Depot store, too.

I would like to comment on the cashier Vernon Robinson. He was so polite and professional. He’s the kind of person you’d want to encounter while purchasing what you need, great personality!!

I have the option of a couple other Home Depot stores that I could patronize, however, I have always found sufficient staff in all areas of this store to direct me or provide shopping/selection assistance. I never feel intimidated or frustrated as a female shopper as in some other similar stores. I have always found a good selection of the type of product I was looking for and been happy with my purchases.

I cannot express how aweful an experience a simple order of mulch from this location has been. Some highlights, my delivery team showed up without proper equipment and dropped a pallet of mulch in the middle of my driveway such that we could not leave our house. After I demanded the store move the material or pick it up, the same drivers called me and started threatening me regarding having to come back to my house. I told HD to send another team to pick up the order and refund my account. They picked up the order, but no refund was processed. Called to get the refund processed, but they left the delivery charge on the card. It is 2 months after the fact, probably 5 hours of my time, and I still have not received a refund and have had finance charges on the balance added in the meantime. I will drive hours out of my way to avoid Home Depot in the future, I cannot believe how terrible their performance is.

I was so impressed with the man who helped me because he was on vacation from the store.

The store was well organized and clean. The staff that we asked for assistance gave clear directions to find what we were looking for. The checkout was extremely fast and the cashier was pleasant and friendly. We'll definitely shop there again.

I went to this store today, and I received the best service I have gotten in a long time. Mr. Linsey was great and very helpful and kind. He ttok his time with me and truly listened to my problem. And the store manger was very nice as well. I thank you all very much.

This store was clean,associates were very helpful in getting people standing in line to lines open she opened up some more registers and had employees get people checked out.I was in and out in 5 minutes.Walked in asked for my merchandise it was located near the front door and front register.Picked it up went to line 3 people were in line.Associate opened up more lines I was the next to be waited on.

We move to this area going to be 5 years and this home depot location is great to us and also convenience even though that my husband type of job is always in the road and we passing through so many locations it seems to us that we always finish finding everything we need at our location in the Cleveland Heights area... we like it alot plus its convenience location to us for all ours needs when it comes to replacing, repair fixing, anything around our beautiful house.thanks home depot so far so good keep the great job...clean, organized, convenience..great product.

Location is the only reason why I give this store three stars. I want to give rave reviews to HD because I live so close, but the customer service in this store is consistently inconsistent. Please work harder to get better. If employees don't need customers they should quit working at this store.

I had experience that was the worse experience ever back on 7/25/2020 around 530-6 pm I my temporary card expired and I needed a new to make my purchase the cashier wasn't sure how to locate me I did not have the Citibank card which I explained to her in the beginning then she had me enter my social and my zip and even my phone number she did have my id along with this process. The cashier needed help from the front end manager which I believe her name is Tori or Toi she started yelling at me.

This is my go to store. The workers are helpful and it is easy to locate what I am looking for.

This location has some of the best employee's...I continue to receive the best service when I shop here.

This store makes shopping easy. Staff is expert at what they know and share with customers, the store is always clean, and the 99.9% of the time, the products I need are in stock.
