I drive from Athens Tennessee to this store because they almost always have what I can't get at the local BB. The store is clean and neatly arranged and the item selection is much better. The prices are also competitive.

Went to Hone Depot for a refrigerator, needing it that day. The first choice was not available because it was not ob stock, and the delivery was way unacceptable. My husband and I were about to go somewhere else to find one. That's when Robby came through with flying colors, he checked their stock, almost had one, but it wouldn't do. So as we were walking out, my husband asked about one he had spotted that was sitting in the back. Robby checked on his device and found it, seeing as it didn't show up as being there. Not to mention, it was also marked down, so he saved us quite a bit of money, and helped me get my Home Depot card. Would I recommend this store, on a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a solid 10.

Ordered a Samsung Bespoke 30 cu ft refrigerator today.

We purchased a duel fuel range today and received excellent service. Angela was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile by not only contacting the manufacturer for us and clarifying some points but also by doing extra research. And let's not forget the treat or dog received from her :-)

The self-checkout is great and very easy to use. Makes shopping a pleasure.

Was having a bad day trying to find some things in check out understaffed gardening area didn’t help so went inside and spoke with a lady Mailyn, Son was having a bad day she made everything so much more fun and enlightening!!! Need more people in stores that take your mind off of the worlds problems and hope you find what you need!!!

I needed a few things for the shop and after getting great help from TERA , I wandered over to the Auto section. I need a few things for myself , while there I met RON , who went way out the way to make sure I got everything I needed for an auto repair . CLASS ACT these two.

Sandy is an amazing Home Depot employee that cares and listens to customers and then fixes the problem! I made 3 attempts with Home Depot Customer Credit Card department to help me out with my credit card fraud case in Orlando Florida, no help whatsoever, but Sandy listened and fixed my problem immediately! Home Depot needs more employees that listen and care like Sandy does!

We buy our garbage bags with mint fragrance in them. This is to ward off unwanted animals. They last for months and we have not had to pick trash up out of the yard since we started buying these. The price is amazing!

This store is always clean and well stocked. But above all the guys at the Pro desk, David and Derrick are head and shoulders above all others in their customer service standards.

The Tool Rental Department separates The Home Depot from others. All of the employees in the Tool Rental Department goes over board with kindness and help.

My husband is an elderly disabled veteran who experienced discrimination at this store by their staff. The staff disregarded him and his request help load his lumber order. A customer walking into the store had to stop and provide assistance. This is a shameful way to treat your customer. It is highly recommended Home Depot review the Americans with Disabilities Act with Home Depot associates.

When Will Call or order online items are NOT coming in PLEASE notify the customer!!! Apparently there is a shortage of Hampton Bay rockers??????? Let's blame this on COVID too!!!!!
