I think his name was Brian. Very helpful with The shop Vac that showed one in stock but wasn’t true. I was frustrated but he made everything work out as best possible. Kudos to Brian.

This store is very clean and the associates are always so friendly. I do not shop at any other Home Depot ..!

Store was neat, clean, well organized inside and out. Stock and selection was very low on plant pots.

Calling the pro desk will get your products ready for when you arrive so that you can spend less time hunting for products and more time getting the job done. Favorite Home Depot store. Carl is the pro manager and if they have it he will find it and you will have it in a timely manner.

I highly recommend this store. I found them easy to work with, knowledgable and quick to help. Two things I would work on: 1). The bathroom is located on the far right wall, in a very inconvenient spot, and actually not geriatric/elderly or female-friendly. As a Gerontological Nurse (Practitioner), I found the bathroom too far of a distance from the cabinetry area to access easily. 2). The appliances cannot be delivered to my address in 41056 zip code, which is 46 miles down the AA Highway, which is an easy road to travel. I realize the appliances do not come directly from the store address, but I would hope that if I am able to make the trip to shop frequently at this store that I enjoy, the staff could find a way to cover our area for the items sold in the building, and on the website.

The employees are not friendly at all.

I was in desperate need of a refrigerator. The Sales Associate stayed with me until I had resolve. She even researched what I was looking for online without me even asking and found a selection which met all my needs. I was in and out very quickly. Really impressed!

Earlier in the month I ordered a fire pit. I was notified when it arrived and I went to pickup. They gave me the top piece and could not find the rest. They said they would reorder. When I checked they could not find the reorder. Now they want me to come back to the store to cancel to recieve credit because it is on back order. Just spoke to a manger (AL) who is going to work on it.

Matt in the outdoor area was outstanding. He helped load a dozen bags of pea gravel and even taped holes in the bags. Thank you!

This location is handy, the employee's are helpful and usually have what I need at a good price...what more could anyone ask for?

The store was very neat and very clean the employees was very helpful and friendly made me feel welcomed specially the cashier name bre overall I would recommend this location to other people with no doubt.

Very clean store and the elderly gentleman who waited on me in the appliance section is just the sweetest man! The employees in this store have always been courteous!

They will not price match anything due to covid-19 to keep people out I was told by an associate. Very mad and don’t think I will be back. Might be a new customer at a different place.

Store pick up... get notified it ready... show up... hasn’t been pulled. Stupid me tried this several more time... never has been pulled. Soooo I try express delivery.... not so express. You talk to managers, especially when their not busy singing and dancing around and they just shrug their shoulders and say well they are kids back there what do you expect... I’ll have my companies business elsewhere....

the Cold Spring HS story is handling the limited contact guidelines very well. At first sight the long line of people waiting to get in was a downer, but the porcess moved well . I was 14th in line and 12 minutes later I was in the store. Check out is on top of it. Effective with out putting the rush on anyone.

The store is well organized and I find that the aisles are well marked making merchandise easy to find. The selection is good and so are the prices. The personnel are helpful and don't make me feel like I'm bothering them if I need help as they often do at other places I shop.

they are always out of the grout and caulk colors that they show to their customers when they pick out their tile products

I used to love this store. It is never crowded and generally friendly. The last two visits have been awful. If you go to buy something and it doesn't scan right, nobody can help you.

The associates know where the things I'm looking for are located.

Our salesperson(BXB4932) was the best. And Jillian our cashier was very good. We found all we needed and delivery was next day. The store was a pleasant experience.

I have always had a pleasant experience in this location of Home Depot. The store is always clean and organized and the staff are always courteous and seem to go out of there way to help you.

Nice store, a lot thing on special

Carrie & Carl at the Pro Services desk have gone above and beyond several times to make buying materials for my apartment complex easier. A few examples include walking around the Home Depot store with me, finding creative ways to get material to my site on time, and answering emails at all hours of the day. They have done all of this while maintaining an extremely friendly and positive attitude, which is very welcoming during a stressful renovation.

I like this store because it usually has what I'm looking for at a fair price. The staff is helpful without being pushy, I'm a grown man and am completely capable of shopping without being treated like I've never been in a hardware store before. Everything is laid out very efficiently and products are easy to find.

this Homedepot has about everthing you need if not they will get it for you .the staff is very helpful.
