3 STARS ONLY BECAUSE ONCE I DID GET A REPRESENTATIVE RAE WAS VERY KNOWABLE OF THE TORO TIMECUTTER I PURCHASED. TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS TO MY UNDERSTANDING AND PERSONLLY CHECKED ME OUT. MY HAT OFF TO RAE.

My experience at the Colonial Heights Home Depot on Saturday was unusual, but very pleasant.

The store was very clean and the staff was very helpful. They not only told me the location of what I needed but was very helpful in making sure I got the lawnmower that was just right. Also the person helping me did not try to sale me something more expensive like other store sometime do.

Employee answered my question and showed me where it get item I was looking for. Clean store. Friendly staff.

I have been doing business with this store for years. The store has always been clean and items easy to find. The customer service was always ok, however, recently the customer service has been above and beyond. Keep up the good work.

What a great store to get the things you need when working on your house.

I enjoy coming here. The employees that work here are always friendly and will help you out if you are looking for something in particular.

Horrible experience. No help finding required materials. No help loading 16 foot composite decking boards. Difficulties checking out.

The store was very clean and products were easy to find.

I am not a frequent shopper at Home Depot, but it was close to where I was working that day. This was one of the worse experiences I have had. Only one register open with a line of 4 people waiting in it. Mean while a girl is staring at us while she is manning the self check out lanes. How about this Home Depot, in the future give me a 10% discount for checking myself out. It saves you an employee and cuts your cost. I avoid self check whenever possible, but companies are making it harder to not use it. Be ready to check out yourself if you go there.

Great layout and staff to help you find what you need

The store is clean, well organized and the customer service is superb.

Employees are unhelpful and rude. Never have I ever had to chase an employee to get help with the location of an item until today. And treated as if I was disturbing them by asking for help. Quite condisending towards me. Shameful !

If you need a lawn devise, look for a woman named Heather. She was very knowledge about the different products, pleasant, and seemed to enjoy her job.

The associate in appliances was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything very well from different ranges to delivery and warranty.
