Usually don't have much of a problem here as long as I know what I'm looking for. Employees aren't very helpful, and can be condescending. Just bought a shop vac. Opened it at home to find it was used and didn't work. Make sure you look out for any packaging defects to be sure your new item isn't actually a used item.

It's a shame that this homedepot has the most getttttttoooo employees there. I've never seen so many workers in the aisles joking and talking so Inappropriately around customers and can't even answer a question where something is when it's right in front of there face. I guess supervisor or management care as much as the employees.

When I walked in a employee was cleaning the carts. They had a sanitation station for customers as you walked in. All staff were helping customers and I got help from a few staff members to find the items I needed. Shanora was my cashier and she was very friendly, kind, upbeat, and professional. I enjoyed chatting with her. I hope Home Depot recognizes Shanora as a top rate employee!

There are two Home Depot Stores near and convenient too my home, Copiague and Farmingdale each 10 minutes away.

The shopping experience at Copiague was the best experience I ever had in a Home Depot. The managers Sherry and Tarnisha went above and beyond my expectations to help me check out items for my new house. They were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and patient. The entire shopping experience was pleasurable. I intend on continuing my shopping at the Home Depot in Copiague.

usually, when i shop at the Home-depot store, 99% of the time, i do find what I'm looking for.

I am a contractor and I'm in the Copiague store most days. I find the store to be neat and clean and its always easy for me to find what I need quickly. If I run into any trouble finding things there is always a friendly and helpful employee nearby willing to help. By far my favorite Home Depot and I've been to most in Nassau County and a few in Suffolk. Friendly people in electrical, flooring, paint, plumbing and lumber which is where I usually shop. The people over in the tool rental area are great too! Returns are always a snap and the people are friendly there too. The cashiers are excellent too! Always get you on your way quickly and efficiently. It's my home away from home!

The cashier down at the contractors end Mrs Yexenia is always so helpful and efficient. She keeps the line moving and knows about all the products

The workers on the floor are rude! They treat the Caucasian customers nice and spend time helping them when it comes to black customers they don’t want to give us the time of day!Their attitudes stink as well.

I like shopping at this Home Depot. For all the years I have been shopping here I have never have a bad shopping experience with an employee.

This store is well managed well stocked and serviced with helpfull and knowlegable assistants. The cashier service is promt, helpfull and courteous.

Found this store to have a greater supply of items than many other home depots. Getting help is always a problem. Store is nicely laid out and not many items in way of aisles like some other home depots. Found an item that I was looking for at another home depot that they had in stock.

The Copiague Home Depot is great. I've been to many others and I find Copiague to have almost a small town feel to it. Not hectic. You can shop at your leisure and check out is almost always not over crowded like other stores.

Door department salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find pick out and order my custom doors

About two years ago I had a terrible experience at this location. I actually stop shopping here, the only reason I came back because online showed a limited quantity. I couldn’t find this storage unit and was ready to leave however I saw Trisha which I asked her if they had this item. she stated the system showed one. We check the shelf which was emptied and before she gave up she said let me check one more spot and it was the last one there. I can’t tell you enough how much this made my day as I really needed this unit. Online and other sites showed this item out of stock so I knew I was pushing my luck. Trisha was excellent, because she knew where her inventory was located she was able to find this last item. On top of my great on the floor experience my check out experience was excellent. I wish I knew who helped me she was also very friendly. At a time where the stress levels are high because of COVID19, where we are scared to be close and even at times talk to each other both of these employees made me feel important, safe and satisfied. The service level of this location improved tremendously, Trisha has definitely met my expectations. I’m a customer again at this location!

I have shopped this store for nearly 30 years. I can honestly say that it has gone steadily downhill over the past ten or so years.
