Very clean and the associates were all very helpful. They also seem to always have items in stock.

Leo in the flooring dept. is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made my fiancé and I feel like we were family! It was our first time buying turf for our backyard. We are celebrating our wedding in our backyard. Thank you Leo for the amazing experience and now our day will be more special . By Leo showing kindness and generosity by taking the time to show he cared about us and our purchase made our day that much brighter

The staff in specific departments seem interested in helping customers and have been pleasant to deal with- if you are dealing with the customer service desk- make sure you do not seek the help or assistance of the elderly woman behind the counter- not only is she rude and disgruntled, but she doesn’t know the correct information of Home Depot’s policies and protocols. Ask for almost anyone else but her!

My company has been using this store daily for many, many years. Great people, great service.

I'm handicapped, and sometimes it's difficult squeezing through the aisles when the access ladders are in the way. Personnel are always helpful, if sometimes not too knowledgeable.

Me and wife came in to the store to buy vinyl flooring an employee came over to help us his name was Leo he was very knowledgeable and very kind a really great person wish all salespersons are like Leo

I ordered a snow blower on line and it was ready to be picked up quick. The store was clean. The store associate Les was a great help to me. He looked up information on 2 batteries I needed and wrote the information down on a piece of paper for me. He then went to customer service with me to pick up my snow blower. Then he pushed it outside and put it in my car. Big thanks to Les for making my shopping quick and easy today. He was very patient and answered all my questions.

skip this store location at coram , as your vehicle will probably get broken into as mine did. Very big homeless problem @ this location

Pat the assistant Manager left me hanging at the return desk for 30 minutes and never showed.. they have a new return policy now that you have a time limited to return items. So if you are building a house and at the end of it you want to return items i guess you as SOL now. I will take my business else where.

They advertise items on sale but when you ring them up on self check out since there are no cashiers I was charged full price now have to write to the headquarters for a refund since customer service line was to the front door. Only one person there. Maybe they should consider having a kiosk for customer service as well since that seems to be the direction of the store.

All employees that we’ve come into contact with have been extremely welcoming and helpful and those that we have worked one on one with did not rush us and gave us their full attention till the task/questions/transactions were complete.

The home depot is very clean has prompt service to the customer s very fast and pleasant cashiers at checkout.

Everytime We come to this location, we have an issue. Today we bought a $700 Shed. The Cashier at the service desk (Alexis) kept removing her mask to speak to us. We asked The Cashier at Self check out to page a lot associate to help us lift the shed into our truck and he told us to find him in lot, he's wearing a red vest. We never found anyone, it took my Disabled wife and I 10 minutes to load this shed into truck all while Jim the cashier was talking to another employee watching us struggle

I just want to say HOME DEPOT IN CORAM FOR HAVING SUCH HONEST FRIENDLY EMPOYEES..I DROPPED MY WALLET TODAY AS I WAS LEAVING HOME DEPOT AND I DROPPED MY WALLET ON THE FLOOR AND DENISE AT SELF CHECK OUT RAN OUT SIDE TO FIND ME AND RETURN MY WALLET..THANK CORAM HD.I WOULD HAVE LOST MY MINE IF IT WAS GONE.
