Staff very friendly and willing to help

The three folks that helped me this evening were great. Dylan for help with ensuring I was getting the right product and supplies for "just in case", Erin for the great courteous cashing out, and Kai for doing all the heavy lifting of getting what I bought into my car. Customer service for tracking Dylan down. Great combination tonight and other than only having what I needed in White in store...I was super happy.

Although this store does not have everything in it to complete most jobs. I like the service it gives and they always find a way to get my items or at least an alternative.

The week before Christmas I went to this location with my father to shop for a rolling tool chest for my husband. We found one relatively quickly that we wanted but the associate, Joey couldn't locate it anywhere in the store, even though the system showed 7oh. Joey took the time to search everywhere for it and with my father's help unearthed it from outside in the garden section. The chest was buried under a foot of snow (had just had a snow storm) under a tarp! Joey was an exceptional young man and made our visit a memorable one. I even took pictures of my father and Joey digging the chest out!

The Painted Post Home Depot store seams to be well cleaned and well stocked considering all the the problems due to civid 19.

Luke is a very helpful store manager. He went above and beyond to make sure this customer was satisfied!

The is a great store to shop in, The associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and I love the fact that the company is so good to their employees. We will continue to shop there!

Very good store to shop for home products

Dissapointed, besides several customers were not wearing masks, several employees were also not fully masked. When COVID started spreading, this Home Depot was steralizing carts and seemed proactive. I don't plan on returning anytime soon.I purchased the paint I ordered but did not wait for it to be shaken, just selfed checked out and left as fast as I could. I went across town to make the rest of my purchases to finish my home project.

disappointing experience in paint department; have had good experiences in the past--this time was a bust; lack of attention to even the simplest of details.....did not provide pour spout for new Behr can design, did not put color spot on outside of can so you could see color inside, failed to offer fix for product that did not perform coverage as promised, etc

We had the worst experience with the supervisor! It was so bad that we ended up cancelling our order & went elsewhere.

Great store if you like obnoxious employees

We asked 6+ employees for assistances with the paneling/shiplap. The lumber Manger was rude and negative when approached then he avoid us after that and never addressed our needs. The young lumber employees never followed through with getting the product needed from the upper shelves. They were too busy attracted to and following another younger women around. We waited 25+ minutes to get the remainder of our product. Had to use self checkout, then had to have by receipt checked for the products, but while holding my receipt she went and helped another customer at a different register. So again im waiting to leave. My frustration was to the point of leaving everything (over $600) in my cart and walking out to go elsewhere. I've been in customer service for 20+ years, to say that I was Very disappointed with my shopping and customer service today at painted post Home Depot is an understatement!

Exceptional service. The family refrigerator stopped working yesterday. We tried two other store last night that did not help in our time of need with basic information and stating no availability for 4-6 WEEKS. We got up at 6:00 AM and drove to the Corning Home Depot. Associate Amy C and the Store Manager Mandy went above and beyond in helping find any refrigerator that may be available. After some time, one was found. Both employees showed true empathy and humanity in our time of need. A generous discount and help loading was the icing on the cake. Thank you Amy and Mandy. We will drive the extra miles to come to the Home Depot in the future. You earned our business.

HOME DEPOT comes through again! I needed a specific item. I found it online & this location had 1 of what I needed. I called to find if, indeed, they still had the item. The gentleman who took my call, even though it was the wrong department, my fault, went over to the right department and confirmed that the item was there. We asked that he take to the customer service desk and that we would be there within the hour to pick it up. He did. Thank you! GREAT Customer Service! Time we picked up at location was 5:33 p.m. Item: Portable Jump Starter.

Very nice store, clean & well lighted. I had difficulty finding associates to assist me. However, when I did find an associate named "Kim" to help, she was great! There was a dispute at check out regarding a Ryobi Mower I was attempting to purchase, & was on sale for $194. None of the cashiers seemed to know anything about this model being on sale. Kim investigated the matter, & finally determined that mower was a Display Model on Clearance. She stayed with me throughout the process, and checked me out herself. Great job Kim! Home Depot needs more associates like you. I was about ready to cancel my purchase until you came along.

Customer service represntatives were very helpful and courteous with my purchase. All safety recommendations and requirements were adhered to. Protective barriers were in place to protect the employees and customers.

Employees are very friendly and very helpful. Was disappointed in not being informed when placing a large order for delivery that they would only deliver to the yard and not bring items into house.

Tammy at pro services on a daily schedule makes my visit always satisfying. SHE is currently the only employee up there working and always goes above and beyond to make sure my orders or correct and I get my materials in a timely manner. Great service, excellent prices! I have shopped here for years and get great help whenever I need it.

Amanda helped us out with loading 60 bags of mulch. She made it quick and east for us to be able to go right back into work without a long wait.

If you have a home project and need help look for Dan! He is always very knowledgeable about the products, store layout, and different types of projects.

Super patient and helpful customer service desk. Betsy and the other staff were busting their rears to help customers. Impressive in this day and age.

I had to get some items for my bathroom sink and was amazed how big the store was, before I only came upfront for items needed. This time I had more time and went thru most of the store, WOW. Very clean and fully stocked and I found someone to help who knew about the items I needed.

The Corning Home Depot has those kind of people working there that want to treat you the customer just as they want to be treated. Never had a bad experience there.

Employees were not helpful at all.

I was looking at toolboxes, I couldn't find anyone in that dept, then along came an employee that was not sure what I was looking for came over and stayed with me until he could find someone that could answer some questions. Long story short, I bought that toolbox!
