I was welcomed upon entry. Offered assistance as I shopped. I felt valued as a person not as a disturbance. I was walked to the item I needed and offered suggestion to assist my DIY. very greatful

The Team members are very friendly and professional. They always have what I'm looking for. Overall great shopping experience.

The store was super busy but every employee still greeted us with a hello . The lady in the appliance section was super helpful as well as the gentleman in the lock and key section. Our cashier was super great. very friendly and upbeat. Kelly was her name .

Short of staff and need staff disorganized

My husband and I like shopping at this Home Depot because of the product availability and the customer service. Especially the customer service compared to another Home Depot that is same distance from our home.

eVERYTIME i VISIT THE cOVINGTON STORE i USE THE HANDICAP CARTS. eVERYTIME i USE ONE i FIND BLOCKED ISLES MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO PASS AND HAVE TO TURN AROUND AND FIND ALTERNATE WAYS TO LOOK WHAT IM LOOKING FOR. vERY fRUSTRATING.

No one would help us, kept saying they didn't work in that department. They were just standing in that department. Someone asked how I was, I told him not good, we can't find anyone who will help us. He just kept on walking.

while restocking my wholehouse water filter cartridges, I happened upon a super deal on workgloves and bought several packages. Thank You Home Depot.

Clean, organized and with access to either employees or the store phone app, finding what you need in one place has been taken to new heights at Home Depot and at this branch store in particular.

The store was clean, all the associates were friendly, courteous, attentive and the customer service skills were impeccable. Jakasha and Lorax in Garden need to be commended for their work ethic and customer service skills. That is unheard of in this state!

Customer service was terrible in the departments; appliances & purchasing a weedeater. Cashier was professional & courteous.

Delivery agents was rude. We ask them not to walk on the upstairs carpet without booties. They told us they will leave our appliances in the garage if they have to wear footies because it’s too slippery. How can you say that when we paid to have it installed? Very disappointed

If you need something handled by a forklift,, You will wait up to an hour to pickup anything from this store. They aren't in a hurry to help customers.

This is my favorite Home Depot store always clean and fully stocked . Ms Yvonne Nembhard always come to the rescue to make sure all your needs are met , exceptional Customer service , always pleasant and forever smiling ...

Picked up the wrong drill went right back 27 minutes later and the exchange transaction was denied. The young lady in customer service was rude and short, she gave me a number to call...I called the number and they stated I had everything I needed for an exchange! Frustrating I’ll be back in the am to deal with store manager.

I thought that Home Depot respected their commitment to our US Military by offering a discount, but that is not always the case. I made a purchase last Friday and asked about military discount on my purchase and was "denied". I feel...................disappointed.

I asked Heather D, where could i find plastic tubing? She asked me what kind exactly as we have several items that match that description. I showed her a picture and she sent me directly to electrical where i found an exact match. So i didnt need “tubing” at all, i needed plastic elec conduit. She was very polite and courteous. A+++

This store is my main vein to my making money this is closet but if I have to go to Conyers it's right up the road

Customer service at this store is excellent. They have associates in the store so you don't have to hunt them down and they will ask you if you need help.
