Delivery date was set, I took off work to be home for this. Waited for call to let me know time of delivery. No call was received so I call them. Found out that my delivery was cancelled due to over booking by delivery company. No one called to tell us this. Next deliver date would have been another week. We will never stop Home Depot again.

We came in looking for a product & were directed to Ms Pat who took care of ordering measurement for our carpet & explaining how our financing & military discount worked.

Ms. Pat in flooring was very helpful with picking flooring out. Answered all questions accurately and promptly.

I love shopping at home depot in Covington. Staff is friendly, and are willing to assist to the needs of their customers. If you need carpet installation make sure you go see MS. Pat.

Every time I go to the home depot I have a great time

Great friendly staff at this Home Depot. This is a little gem in the home improvement stores. Stop by and be pleasantly surprised at the well stocked store and friendly helpful staff.

To be honest, a few friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees on the floor carry this store on their backs. Nothing at this store gets on my nerves worse than the crowd of gossiping females at the register inside of the store. However, some of the guys in the back who kind of stay to themselves, do their job and help the customers have been great. Jacob is always friendly and willing to help, and I hope he never loses his bright spirit. Dustin is outstanding with customer service. Most of the employees there don't even greet me when I walk in. The products are good, but if I had to remember anyone who was friendly and or helpful on a consistent basis, it would be Teddy and Jacob. I just met Dustin today, but I wish I had 4 years ago! I'm a frequent shopper at this location for all of my gardening and DIY project needs. Home Depot in general is my favorite home improvement store no matter where I move. One lady whose name I don't remember was in the garden area outside and greeted me, asked me if I needed assistance and nearly talked my head off with where I could find what I was looking for elsewhere because they didn't have it. lol She was sweet, and I'm grateful for her.

Great People, Great and Friendly Personalities. I currently have a major home project going on. I have to make several trips to this store multiple times throughout the week, sometimes during the day. They will go all out of their way to assist you and to ensure that your shopping experience is a great one. Feels like home :-)

They had what I needed and helped me in every way possible. The cashier Veronica was great.

This store was nice and clean and Steven provided me with great customer service and i will be doing here again!

I received the help i needed. As far as the inventory of product, there should always have atleast 2 or 3 in the back. I had went in for a storm door handle for my door and the only one they had was one that someone had returned after opening. It didnt even had instructions with it and im not not sure if all of the original packing was present. I didnt finish my comment on my survey (user id W52 4798 4020).

Employees are so helpful and really know their products! Will shop here any time I need a home product!
