I was in the other day and had some vinyl tubing I needed to return due to getting the wrong size, Dustin was the one who was assisting me, he was friendly and quick at what he was doing, he returned my item and let me go and get the correct size I needed and then checked me out.

Associates where friendly and helpful

The store was easy to shop with the help that I received, Destynee lead me straight to the air filters and lawn mower blades that I needed, she was very friendly and kind. I expected for someone to just tell me where they were located, but she walked with me to ensure I got what I needed as well as she checked me out at the service desk so I didn’t have to walk all the way down to the other end. Keep up the good work!

There were only 2 people who were "happy" to help and answer questions. Everyone else would look at me and turn and walk away. Also was hardly any selection and there were boxes blocking shelves. I have been to MANY Home Depots in the past and always found what I was looking for and had a hard time selecting because there were options to choose from and I just recently moved here and this Home Depot did not measure up the others at all. Very Disappointed.

The Associates in the Paint Department was very friendly and helpful.

We have had good interaction and customer service in different areas of the store over the years with many different employees. Many times, your employees will come up and ask if we need help finding anything; I think that is very thoughtful and helpful.

Good place to get what you need to work on your house.

iTEMS ARE PRICED WRONG

Excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere! Had to return an item purchased in error at the customer service desk, and the employee was by herself tending to numerous incoming phone calls and customers in line. She never once lost her composure, and handled the stress very professionally. Each employee in passing greeted me with a smile, and I was told to have a great afternoon upon exiting the store. Keep up the great work Crawfordsville!

Good luck finding anyone to help you or even finding what you need on the first visit. Not all were like that a couple were extremely helpful the majority of them just do not seem to have a clue. It is the only game in town

Maybe the fire marshal needs to make them clear out their aisles so that customers can move around the store.

The personnel that work here are always so willing to help you anyway they can. We just purchased all new flooring for our home and worked with Bonnie. She went above and beyond to help us and make sure we understood all of the various options as well as how to install the material. She was fantastic to work with.

The store associate was very friendly, very helpful. I did not catch his name, but he was in flooring wearing a gray stocking cap!! Nice kid!

We do a lot of home projects. Everyone is always helpful and ready to answer questions if we have them. Obie is especially knowledgeable in electric!

Usually everyone is super friendly, the past experience on 9/2/18 was different.. walked in went to the paint section was getting stain for my privacy fence, a few employees walked past me without acknowledging me then one lady came up to me after passing the first time and said in a minute I'm going to need this aisle clear cause a fork truck needs to get a dryer down for me, I understand but she could have approached me a little different and made sure I didn't need assistance with helping make my decision or anything to send me on my way instead of pretty much telling me I needed to move then I could come back when they were done.. then I just grabbed a 5 gal bucket and made a quick decision and went to get it mixed and the guy at the desk was dramatically yawning and leaning on the counter and didn't seem to want to mix it for me, then expected me to keep lifting the bucket.. then I finally got my stain and went to pay asked the girl at the service desk if I could pay there and she said yeah it will be a couple mins( cause she was changing her trash) then came up and wasn't very friendly at all, I only asked cause I was parked by that door and also needed 30 bags of mulch, didn't offer to have someone help with loading I asked for help and 2 guys came out one was not very friendly the other introduced himself as Dustin, he was friendly, I miss the past when everyone was super friendly and wore a smile, I guess Mel, John, and Obie need to give a lesson on customer service and wearing a smile they are about the only ones anymore that know how to keep customers coming back, I also called to talk to the manager when I left and I was hung up on when he got the phone!

Every department is very helpful! The store is extremely clean. Sometimes I just go in there to walk around and see what is new however, I always end up buying something!
