Went to Crystal river location and was assisted by Julie Shutt...she went above and beyond ANY employee I have ever recieved help from at ANY box store. She made sure our online order was perfect down to the last penny, made numerous calls to the HomeDepot reps on her end and didn't stop until everything was perfect! I was so grateful for all her help. Definatly recommend asking for her assistance if you need to order anything that is not available in the store.

If your looking for help -Andrew in garden is wonderful! I went through 3 different employees that said - they can’t help me but would page for someone- I saw someone who wasn’t the person coming to help and he told me the product would be in the back outside - I walked looking and couldn’t find it - the cashier couldn’t find the product bc it was new - then I came across Andrew ! He saved the day for me !! Pleasant and cared !! Thank you Andrew I was so tired and hot after looking for the product that no one could find but had in stock! You saved the day !

I went to look for a freezer today and the lady in that department was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Have never been disappointed with any of my purchases and always been very pleased with the employees knowing about those items .

Made a quick trip for garden soil that was on sale, loaded up a flatbed cart with 12 bags, paid, and on the way to the car an employee who was doing cart roundup scurried right over and offered to load my vehicle, which was much appreciated. Sorry I didn't get his name.

Seems like I am in this store 2-3 times a week. I always can find what I need.

The people we dealt with in this store were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful that it made us feel important as well as feel we want to go back there

I am 76 years old and have very white hair. Often we are dismissed as no longer useful. That was entirely NOT the case with Stephanie and Pam in the PRO area of the Crystal River Home Depot. They went above and beyond customer service to help me find all the items I needed. And they did so with grace and humor. Thanks 4 them.

I found everything on my list better price than on line.

This store is very close to my home. It is my go-to store for anything I need for my garden or paint supplies. The cashiers are always smiling and friendly and the associates helpful.

We were able to find the windows we needed in October, and hot water heater that will fit perfect, also got 2 Kohler commodes at $100 dollar savings! Great shopping experience!

Had a crisis frig went out ..during the HOLIDAYS. Spoke with Asst. Manager Christina and was able to get new Frig. delivered that day. Kevin C. and Donnie were awesome, polite and very professional...

I’ve been shopping here for decades and in a once in 25 years I go south to another Homedepot It reminds me just how much I appreciate the employees here never a problem good people doing a great job,,,, thank you Homedepot employees you make the store don’t change a thing

Staff is nice and proactively helpful

I would like to thank the staff at the Crystal River, FL store. I designed warehouse's for a living and also was a supervisor and I held my employees to a high standard and I'm very happy to let give each employee a very big thank you and great job.

I bought a lot of stuff for projects and gardening and was very glad I did

I was told this was given only if product was in store......bad feeling about this policy

I literally spend the majority of my paycheck shopping at this particular store.

I had to make three different trips and purchase 40 drawer pulls just to find 10 that were not defective. When making the return and after waiting in line I was told by Michael, the customer service agent that he did not have time for me. This store is awful.

Michelle in Appliances was awesome. Took her time and helped us pick out the right appliances for our needs and budget. She made us feel like we mattered and not like we were a bother. Thank you Michelle for all your help.

Debora is always ready to assist at self check out with sincere kindness. We appreciate that Home Depot hires associates that care about customers as Debora does.
