Ms. Carolyn was very nice to me and help me get in and out. Which was important at that time because I was already frustrated and in a bad mood. Thanks for your kindness mam, you’re a doll.

The store is neat and sorta stocked, but don't expect to find an associate for assistance. Sometimes you have to wait 20-40min and make multiple requests for Customer Service to page someone if you have a question. They don't employ cashiers, so you have to ring up your own purchases. It is possible to spend hundreds of dollars and hours in the store and not speak to any associates.

I come to this location at least three times a month if not more. The service provided by Lovely is always great. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the store and even helped me with a home back deck project giving me great ideas.

I purchased a washing machine and a dryer and the main driver for making a quick buying decision is the courteous attitude of the the sales lady assisting with making a choice. She did not hesitate in providing details and knew the different options available

Purchased pine straw and the cashier called for assistance. After waiting and nobody came to assist, I went back to the cashier and asked her to call for assistance. After waiting and nobody came to assist I went to customer service and asked for a refund. What irritated me the most was when I went to customer service for refund there were two associates just standing there that could have assisted me. I received my refund and left

Consistently excellent experience in this store. Great customer service. Enough knowledgeable staff on the floor is a rarity these days. This is my go-to Home Depot Store.

I walked in and met an associate by the name of Tee and she helped me discover the store layout like no other. She offered to walk me to the aisle which I was unfamiliar with. But along the journey to the aisle, she kept a smile and engaged in some great conversation. She actually made my day better! I must a big thank you to the hiring manager for selecting Tee.

I walked in and Dante offered to help with a kind gesture. I told him I needed two things. He walked me to the first aisle, we found what I need. He also explained how to use it. Then we walked to the next area to get the plywood. He offered to carry and walk with me to the register. In today's time, I hardly see this type of customer service.

It is always so well stocked and you can easily find someone to assist you if needed.

Dante was so helpful! He went out of his way to be helpful. He knows the store and its inventory well.

Today, my husband and I had the best Home Depot experience with ever had. We had the pleasure of meeting Jackie, and employee deserving recognition beyond words. She was so kind, had the biggest beautiful smile, and her personality brilliantly shined through. Thank you, Jackie.

Store is great all around, always has been. However, DO NOT use the contractor service for installation unless you want your money tied up for months on end and the job to be done so poorly you have to call another company.

I went into Home Depot to purchase command strips and walked out with an outdoor furniture set. Everyone was super helpful. Ana got me a flatbed cart for my purchase another associate pushed my cart to the check out and got additional assistance to load my car. My cashier Alexandra was very polite! Over all great experience!!!!!

Latura the employee at the return was great, nice and very helpful.

I had to go through customer service to set up pick up and install of a toilet. We had some challenges dealing with the computer system. However Michelle really came through for me and made sure that I was taken care of. Thanks so much !

Don’t ever try calling the store regarding an error on their part. No one will answer! They pick up and hang up in you. Tried 4 times, even while writing this review! One of the worst customer service I’ve experienced!

Eric whom works in the lumber department is the greatest employee there. Very helpful and knowledgeable!

I bought the RB drip patio watering kit and absolutely love it!! No more having to manually water all my plants and flowers each day.

Aleslynn Tapia went above and beyond to assist me. She was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She made sure I got all the discounts I deserve as new Home Depot credit card holder. We need more wonderful souls like this in this ugly world we live in. Thank you so much Ms. Tapia for everything that you have done to help me so that I can remodel my 72 years old mother’s bathrooms.
