The cashiers at the returns desk are horrible, especially the tall woman with the red hair and the cashier Destiny. Acts like you are not even there. She doesn't look you in the eyes when being spoken to and also doesn't listen.

I have been to this store multiple times for years and today I was provided one of the best services since. Santi and Juan did an amazing job assisting my family in purchasing the correct products and in helping us upload it onto our vehicle. Super grateful for both.

Worst customer service experience. Employee by the name of Jimmy who works in the appliance department is rude and makes customers feel like they are a bother. Did not want to tell me the on hand count of a product (washing machine). Also, did not want to give a print out of the specs. Told me to take a picture with my phone. After I demanded a print out he finally gave it to me. Bad look for HD.

Excellent service friendly staff. This Home Depot has its shelf stocked. The plumbing staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

As usual store is amazing, customer service is hit or miss. Some people will always be miserable but having to deal with that as your cashier really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Thanks Astrid for your horrible service and lack of manners to even greet clients.

Home Depot has great prices and merchandise, store is organized and clean plus the employees are wearing their masks and making sure the carts are sanitized.

The store is fully stocked with everything I've always needed and if I needed a special order there were never any problems and the orders always came in in a very reasonable amount of time and it was always correct I've never had any problems with this store

My husband and I needed appliances for our kitchen and we were worried about expenses and wanted to make the best decision product/price wise. When we enter the store, a young gentlemen named Lazaro Jimenez, welcomed us. He gave us all the information needed about the products and helped us by applying discounts that were available for our expensive purchase. Store manager Mr,"Kadoo"- sorry for the spelling, he gave us additional discount. Very grateful to Cutler Bay Home Depot. Definitely, Lazaro, Jimenez at Cutler Bay Home Depot, provided us the best attention and very polite even after a long day working, he made sure we left Home Depot with the products we wanted and the best price he could. Mr. Jimenez deserves to be thanks for the great job he does. But also all the employees were extremely willing to help us given that it was very late almost 8 PM. The manager also very attentive, we greatly appreciate the service at Home Depot and will definitely go back!!
