Great Customer Service I am a do it yourself-er and I definitely recommend Home Depot!! Best customer service!!!

The employees are always so helpful and friendly. We moved to Dahlonega last August and are constantly going to Home Depot. This is my favorite Home Depot ever.

Love the small town feel of this store. They seem happy to have your business.

Cashier Becky Jo was very up beat and friendly! The Plumbing Section employee, Chris B., helped me find the correct gas line install kit that the store computer showed the store didn’t have. Then he walked outside to our truck to make sure the kit would fit our new range we had just bought and was taking it home. It’s employees like yours that make it great to shop there! Thank you all!

I have found this Home Depot to be one of the best around (maybe THE best) when it comes to customer service and helpful employees. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are always ready to help when you need assistance. They are always able to do what it takes to solve your problem, but if for some reason they can't personally solve it, they have a store manager who can and will. I've called on him a couple of times in the past and each time I felt that he went above and beyond to solve my problem. Customer service is his priority and it shows. I feel appreciated when dealing with people like this. This store is always clean and organized which makes it easy to find what you're looking for. This is one of the few retail stores that I still enjoy shopping at.

Personnel working at Dahlonega location make it a great place to shop. They're always professional and yet so personable and how they handle customers questions, returning items or purchasing, they are the best.

Great, helpful employees.

The store has great inventory however the service has not been up to par. I have been shopping at this store for 8 years however recently it seems there is not sufficient staff to help you find your needed item, you have to hunt down a service person. There was no staff in flooring to help with a new purchase for countertops.

this branch/location is closer to where i live/reside. it had everything i was looking/shopping for. the employees were most gracious and friendly and all with smiles. i had a wonderful shopping experience there. thank you all. :)
