Bathroom is filthy! Feces on the floor! I will NEVER go in there again! Totally disgusting! Wasted a lot of my time because they did not have an in stock product out on the floor. They had to get a lift to get one off the pallet on the top shelf.

On my several recent visits, I found that all the staff have been quite responsive and helpful as well as friendly. I was able to find all the products I needed.

Normally great Customer Service fell way short. Store manager Sharon was supremely helpful and saved the day. Customer Service rep Jo needs to re-start her training at the beginning.

When I was shopping at Home Depot Store #2663 in Danvers, I was pleasantly surprised to find several of the staff were so helpful. Many times shopping these days in other home improvement stores it is almost impossible to find someone to help with questions. In fact, sometimes in other stores I feel as if staff must be hiding because its so hard to find anyone to wait on you. In this store I came into contact with 3 different staff who couldn't have been more helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.. It was a very pleasant experience.

I had been to three stores to buy specific home items. This store stood out for the helpfulness and attention from the team. From the manager who without being asked offered help to the delightful woman in checkout, a far better experience then elsewhere.

This store has the most helpful employees I've ever encountered at a store like this. They are constantly looking out for people who need help. When you can't find something, they not only tell you where it is, but they even walk you to the spot. It's very pleasant to shop here.

Shopping for a patio sliding door. I stopped in the Home Depot to look for a sliding door to my patio. I was greeted by George Cassidy. He had all the answers to my questions extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I was able to order the door that I know I wanted and he was able to provide me with all the information available. I cannot say enough good things about George he is a very kind man and I thank him for his help on Sunday afternoon. George took the time to make sure everything was in order and the door that I was going to receive would be correct. Can’t thank him enough.

I had to crawl up a ladder to find the product I needed. The bin where the product was supposed to be stocked was empty, but I found the product in the overhead. Store has poor inventory management/replenishment.

I was in looking for what turned out to be a special order that I needed for a condominium and Gerorge in doors and windows spent a lot of time finding exactly what I needed.

I often go to Home depot and am not sure where to find the items I need. The staff there is always helpful and knowledgeable.

Went to purchase "16 x 25 x 1 Nested Fiberglass Air Filter MERV 1 (4-pack)" which was in a poly bag with 4 filters clearly marked "4 Pack" Cashier supervisor and manager insisted that it had to be scanned 4 times. Cashier even tried to explain to them that it was marked "4 Pack" and was in one poly bag Obviously did not purchase

David was exceptional! From the moment we walked through the doors he came right up to us, helped find what I was looking for and more. He went ABOVE and BEYOND, best customer service I've seen in a long time! He took time to also tell me about Pro Xtra program and signed up. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He made our trip easy and productive.

I left the store in tears today. I am a woman who likes to woodwork and work on other projects. I was treated like an "annoyance" when asking for help and actually yelled at by a staff because "I have three jobs and this isn't what I do" when he was asked to cut a board for me (other staff sent me to him to do it). Other staff simply refused to help me but a couple minutes later helped male customers. Not sure what that was about but it felt not good at all.

Roger in kitchen design went above and beyond to help me with some kitchen upgrades. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time to be sure I understood the various products and the process. As usual, a smiling employee is at the entrance, welcoming you to the store, and asking how they can help. My helper today did not have exact knowledge of my product, but he directed me to someone who did. That young man provided his own experience with a bathroom tub cleaner, and was so convincing, that I bought his recommended product. Also, I have received prompt attention at the checkout counters from a manager named Lori; she always gets me to the fastest checkout line, and today, breezed me through my self checkout. Always great customer service at that store

The store was clean and I found everything I needed easily. An employee named Kevin Driscoll took the time to greet me and ask about my day/needs. He was very kind and helpful. A great employee and face for The Home Depot.

We replaced our windows and doors. The contractors were reliable, knowledgeable and their work was excellent.

I've always had good luck at Home Depot. Recently, I tried to get a plumbing contractor at you main competition. It was a nightmare, In the past, Home Depot has always come through with honest and efficient services and products, with no hassle returns. I respect that, and so, Home Depot remains my first choice for my home improvement needs.
