Home Depot Danville refused to allow return of a bath cabinet which let water into the fake wood mess through faulty seams. That’s $549 thrown away. It’s a bath cabinet. It’s literal ONE job is to survive in a bathroom with daily water exposure. Big FAIL.

Two weeks ago I purchased an early Christmas gift for the youngest members of my family. The weather this fall has been especially nice, warm and dry, so a trampoline is a great addition to the yard. Home Depot has a great selection of trampolines!

Had a 10% discount code that wasn't used by associate, tried to make a 2nd purchase & was told I couldn't use the discount a 2nd time! Find an old guy willing to help you!

I am doing a bathroom remodel. Going to Home Depot in Danville was a good experience for me. Brittany was friendly, efficient and helpful. She took pride in her store and company she works for. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone needing home remodeling.

The manager Kim went above and beyond to help me! I have always liked shopping at this store because the team is always helpful and courteous.

he self-check out machines are always malfunctioning at this particular storeThe self-check out credit card readers don’t work most of the time. Credit card readers don’t recognize chips on credit cards and the handheld barcode scanners have dead batteries making self-check out impossible. No employees are around to help or fix any frequent self-check out machine malfunctions. The older self-check out machines worked a lot better and never malfunctioned unlike these new self-check out machines.

I don’t know this was possible how I was to manage a total bathroom renovation in Danville for my 80 yr young cousin?!?! With the help of Susan, Laverne, Bridget and Denise. Not to mention Reyes Contractor. What a team!! So thankful for the professionalism in how they worked together to help me get this done. I live in Md and was calling to make orders, transact business,… all of them were patient with me the whole time transacting orders, following the directions of what Maria/contractor wanted and needed. The best experience for me, my first time managing a bathroom renovation. Thank you everyone for your kindness!!!! Great job!!!

Great store and staff very friendly and helpful always

Shopped at the Danville store last week for a few home improvement items I was searching for and it was difficult in finding someone to help in my search. In these times we are living in it's getting more and more difficult for businesses to hire good dependable and knowledgeable help. Seems these days, people don't want to work, sadly. But, All good, as I was able to obtain help finally, and I did purchase several nice items I was looking for.

I have shopped at many DIY stores, and I have never been so satisfied with the treatment received at any other store as I consistently get at the Danville Home Depot. Plenty of selection and wonderful people

Five stars! If I could give more I would. The experience I had in this store today was one of a kind! Knowledgeable employees who are ALSO REALLY NICE AND CARING AND PATIENT????? Is this the “heaven” of all Home Depot’s? That’s what it felt like! I just can’t get over the quality of the products AND the people.

I recently visited Home Depot in Danville Va. The employees were awesome. This one particular employee Ronta Swanson was extremely polite and went above and beyond in serving me. He even showed me videos to help with my purchase. He is cut from a different fabric. With employees like this I will definitely keep my loyalty with the Home Depot.

Richard in Gardening and Valerie at the Front Desk are TREMENDOUS assets to this location. Will continue using Home Depot as my go-to supplier for home repairs and more!

I live in central NC and traveled to this location to purchase an item that was not in stock at any of my local stores. I called ahead of time before making the drive to confirm this store had what I needed. Amber in Doors/Windows was able to help me tremendously over the phone, even had the item pulled and set aside for me to pick up same day. Once I arrived at the store, I was greeted by Nicholas, who also happened to help check me out when leaving. Nicholas was very helpful and super professional and courteous, best customer service I have received at any store in a very long time. I will be returning to this location for future needs.

I was looking for braided rope and was directed to the correct area. I found an assistant quickly and they helped with getting the product cut and ready and were very courteous. Checkout was very easy and I was in and out very quickly. An overall good experience.

The folks at home Depot have the experience and it shows. Everytime I have needed something one of the employees shows me what I need or they pass me to the next person with the most experience.

Today I bought the last of the lumber I need to finish redoing my basement den at the home Depot, so glad I went there instead of another store. The lumber was about the best looking wood that I have seen in a long time. 2x4's were smooth and straight as an arrow. It should be also noted the store was neat and clean and there wasn't boxes and displays blocking the aisles so much that you could pass another person.

My first trip to a Home Depot because we don't have one in Roxboro, NC and I don't get out of town much but I was very impressed with the service I receive. Sorry I didn't get the gentleman's name that was so helpful but the cashier, Jacinta, was extremely nice & helpful.

Finally found the lawn care items for the fall maintenance requirements for my mowers The price was lower than at comparable stores and the variety of the products was superior to the stock of items that the other stores had for sale.
