I ran to Home Depot to grab gardening supplies but wound up purchasing a replacement window and a sliding door because the sales person we worked with was incredible! If you are in the market for doors/windows, I highly recommend Brian W in Darien. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.

We purchased flooring for our condo and we had a tremendous support from Dave in the flooring department. He helped us from choosing our product through the quote review. This store's employees go out of their way to help their customers.

I bought 25 bags of mulch and had to load them myself. I am handicapped

I came in knowing nothing about ordering a front door for my house. Sherri in millworks was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She helped me design the perfect door and hardware for my home.

The sale associates were helpful, particularly Don S. In electric section.

Both associates Pam and Nadia took the time to listen to my problem and did an OUTSTANDING job solving my problem!!!

I bought 4 air filters but wanted in bulk. It was looked up and they didn’t come in bulk. Thank you.

The App stated that there was a tool specifically in stock and available for purchase. I had to make special arrangements to get to the store to purchase it. I get there only to find that it is in stock but not available for purchase. The store response, " You have to come back tomorrow." Not acceptable. No coupon, No compensation for my trouble. Nothing. I will just go around the corner to another store.

Clean. Employees are helpful. Prices are good.

I must say that the employees go above and beyond with friendly customer service.. Every time I ask any employee to help me find anything they always know where I can find it in the store.

I was greeted by the team when I walked in. When I was in garden I was lost and had clue. A associate tried to help but went and got Liz who was more experienced. Liz in garden was amazing. She walked me through everything and made sure I wasn’t spending any unnecessary money. I worked with the PTA and she got he stir managed to help me. Barb was awesome and even offered helped for next year. Liz was very patient and you can yelled really cares about gardening and her customers. Thank you

I stopped on a whim to get some information about a work bench and ended up buying it on the spot. This was due to the fantastic customer service representative TJ who was outstanding setting me up and seamlessly scheduling pickup the following day. This guy is worth his weight in gold. Very pleasant experience.

Every year I can count on the Home Depot in Darien to have a beautiful selection of flowers. They never disappoint!

JEREMIAH went out of his way to help me find a product in the store, and DID find it for me in an area that was temporarily blocked off to customers. I left with exactly what I came for after he presented me with many options by going into the area I could not.

This time I purchased paint. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about the product. He also was very helpful with accessories that were needed.

Rick in plumbing took really great care of me! I needed a faucet adapter and he found what I needed really fast!! Very pleasant to talk to!! He's a 'Keeper' for sure!! Thank you, Rick!!

I am always great full for the assistance the Darien Home Depot has to offer when looking for repair products. The staff is helpful with finding out what I needed, and any professional assistance to help me.

I feel safe going to the store even at night. Plus the store has quality merchandise.

I should not have to download or use your app to get my military discount. I do not want to sign up for your proprietary application. Why can't your cashiers use my valid, up-to-date military identification as proof that I am eligible for the discount? I thought Home Depot was supposed to honor and respect the military, not create hassles for us or take advantage of us by insisting on our contact information through your app.

We often go to this location in Darien. The staff is always so helpful when locating a product, or even giving advice on a project that we are working on. Very nice employees!
