The store representatives Brian and Robert Ramirez went out of their way to help me my service purchase Salt bags 40lbs each x6 Robert load them into my cart and then waiting patiently to load them on to my suv. I was very appreciative. Excellent store service representative.

I had an Experience yesterday in which my Wallet and Credit card was compromised after a "Sizable" purchase at this Home Depot. I tried to rectify problem with Alleged Supervisor only to be Alienated by his response. My intent was to Contact Corporate to determine Area Supervisor and Store Manager to file a Complaint against this Supervisor. Ironically, upon leaving the Store I ran into Store Manager and identified the Problem. This Store Manager, Karen went Above and Beyond to Correct Problem and Present available resolution. She Apologized for demeanor of Supervisor and Promptly Corrected Problem. This is what I call "Exemplary" Customer Service.

Delonda was an absolute joy to talk to and made my shopping experience so easy. She helped me understand everything I need for my project and I will be returning to this location just because of her. 10/10 A+ employee.

Zero customer service, associates walk around like zombies, messy, only self check out

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY TOOK 5 DAYS.

You are on your own if you need service or expect happy employees.

The employees avoid customers here. What should take 5 minutes, will take you an hour. The store seems understaffed as well. The employees do not appear happy here, the moral appears down.

It was helped by a lady named Joanne she was very helpful I was walking around the store and and I was trying to get a price on a item She was A cashier Walking by and ask Do you need help And I said yes She helped me Find a price of the item that I was looking for And also Help me to get a cart to put my item in.I was impressed by helpfulness. She really made me want to come back to Home Depot

I want give out an awesome shout out to Brianny, Jose and Jo-Jo. They were so helpful with all the painting needs I had. They took their time to match a color I wanted from another competitor which saved me money in the end.

Jimmy is always there and willing to help all the customers.

The app said there were 18 items which I was looking for. Could not find one. Francesca in electric searched over 15 minutes. Unfortunately she couldn't find any. Her effort was incredible. She owned the problem abs did her best to solve it.

Everything was going great I went to the store to purchase a Milwaukee bandsaw and a caulking gun. I gladly walked into the hardware department spoke with a nice gentleman that’s very educated he took his time to find what I was looking for an insured that I was happy with what I was purchasing. I don’t usually write reviews because I’m a normal Home Depot customer but this time this cashier by the name of Carla . Had a horrible attitude there was three people in front of me I literally counted The amount of time she ignored the customers questions did not tell the customer the grand total did not buy products that required to be in a bag And did not thank the customer for purchasing . I usually purchase the Home Depot warranty along with every tool that I buy usually everyone ask me if I would like the warranty I’m watching her off in the distance ring my products and refusing the warranty without even asking me when it’s time for me to check out and pay I Asked her did you add the warranty ! She replied with tension you did not say you wanted the warranty. I replied isn’t that your job to ask me ! She threw her shoulders picked up her phone started texting with her left hand and continuing to check me out with her right hand . What a disgrace there’s no need for that type of behavior .

Several young, able bodied employees sat and watched as we, a 50ish couple loaded over 20 bags of mulch and soil into our truck. They were waiting to add another pallet of the very mulch we were buying. Instead of stepping up and throwing some bags into the truck they sat and watched, then wedged the little forklift in before we could even pull out of the spot. It is well over 85 today and they obviously worked in garden center. A little service would have been appreciated. Instead I see these guys getting paid to sit and chat instead of helping customers. This store has gotten bad about that. Used to be very helpful employees now they just chat amongst themselves. The cashier, Jariner, was very pleasant and kind. I appreciated her today.

Cashier Charlize gave us the absolute worse customer service we’ve ever experienced at any store, especially at Home Depot. It’s a shame she represents your brand at any capacity.

Alyssa in paint solved an issue. She stuck with the problem until resolved. Employees like Alyssa is why i shop at Davie II.

In my opinion Garden department employee DAYANARA tried to cheat me and was very dismissive and rude as was management

Cashier refused to charge correct price. Very rude. Manager corrected price had an attitude. Purchased identical items several times this week and know casher has proper list at register. Purposely ignored proper price and flatly refused to acknowledge mistake. Acted as if they were doing me a favor to charge correct price. Tried to misdirect me to a price of a different product claiming she charged a price lower than posted price. Felt like a total fraud on every level. Shameful!

I visited the Home Depot in Davie, FL -to purchase paint for the outside of my home, the clerk in the paint department was so helpful and picking the best option trying to keep cost down. (Don’t remember his name sorry). The cashier Lucette assisted with my big purchase, helped me to apply for credit. Thank you both for making my trip and purchase smooth and rewarding.

Employees are really great! Needed to return an item without the receipt and so happy I did the digital receipt too they pulled it right up didn't give me trouble for it being more than a little out of time. Returned it quick fast and was able to go shopping in under 10 minutes. Any time I can't find something the staff will walk you to the item and make sure its what you were looking for instead of pointing and wandering off. Absolutely Wonderful!!! I'll definitely be back again!!! Thanks for the great shopping experience!
