I felt employee went above and beyond

We are new to the area and so happy to have driven a little further past Lowe’s to this Home Depot. The employees have been extremely helpful and friendly. And the cashier’s get you in and out quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend

Tonight I worked with Tripp an employee at Home Depot in Daytona. His expertise in the building industry has helped me so many times. He was knowledgeable, kind and very willing to show me how to get my job done correctly. Recently I renovated a rental property to be sold, I relied on Tripps expertise throughout the renovation. The how was sold and he cared enough to ask me how it all turned out. He helped me get the right tools tonight for my current project!! The manager on duty was also very kind and engaging. The store was very clean and very well stocked. The cashier was also very friendly. This Home Depot on international by the speedway is a great store.

I had an online order completed and called the store in Daytona Beach to see how I could use the 15% coupon that was sent to my home address. I was advised I would have to come in and pay for it in person and they reluctantly said they could put the order together for us. When I arrived I was told they could not put the order together and we spent the next 2 1/2 hours looking for five items. I must’ve walked across the entire store at least five times because no one could direct us to very simple things in lumber and lattice work. When I finally get to the cashier, I was overcharged and asked not to raise my voice because I was getting such a “great value.” After spending three additional trips across the store so that I could go and take a picture of what was visibly hanging above the item that I was purchased, I did not want to spend another 30 minutes arguing with her. I tried to call the corporate office and was unable to reach anyone or even leave a message in customer care because their system did not allow for it. I will revisit this store on Monday when I go for my will call but I am very upset and strongly recommend other stores other than this one. Terrible experience

Home Depot on International Speedway in Daytona Beach is by far the best I have ever been at. Every employee is always eager to help and is so happy to help. Hoping other Home Depots catch on soon.

This store has a convenient location and employees are so kind and helpful. Will always shop there for home and garden.

Just moved to the area and Kimberly in Appliances went beyond her duties and informed me of certain things to be aware of living in Florida and she was extremely helpful with getting us a new washer and dryer.

I have experience Daytona's and Port Orange's Home. In this case Port Orange gets a five star rating.

The staff is always friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to help. Well stocked even in these hard times. Home Depot also makes a habit of hiring some people with disabilities or people who may not be hired by other companies, but are great workers and do a great job! Great job Home Depot!

I am on a bathroom sink project at this time, and then roof shingles, which I have already bought some to start, and various other things that need to be done. Items needed Stockade Fence, Roofing supplies, Tiles for floor, Paint supplies and all things exterior and interior. Getting home ready for Sale. Too much to list.

Never had a problem getting what I needed at this store and the associates are always helpful, including Diane(0233 00002 38238) at the Pro checkout.

New motorized carts for handicapped are outstanding. Far better than any others I have ever used. Sam in the paint department is a treasure.

All the Employees greet you when you come in the store. Employees make you feel welcome when you come in the store and if you ask them about product they do all they can to assist you. I would highly recommend anyone to shop to this Homedepot Store. I find the product is easily to locate in store. I did get assistance I need right way. The store was clean and safe to the walk around the store. Your associates had a good Personality, friendly, and very helpful to Customer.

Store was well supplied. At least for materials that I needed. It was a little confusing trying to get it, specially in the plumbing department. I got an associate and it cut off our time by 90% I would say. He was very helpful.

If you need help in Customer service, make sure to ask for Victoria. We've dealt with alot of people in Customer service and usually, you are lucky if you get a smile. Victoria was friendly and talkative. She made sure we were happy. Thanks Victoria!!!
