Store looked like it was still stuck in the Nardelli days - dirty, disorganized, unplaced stock in every aisle, no help available. Next time I will shop the stores I know in Novi or Brighton. I was shocked at the condition of the store.

The store is generally clean and the staff is helpful and usually nice for the most part except when they make a mistake at the register and are challenged then they can be opinionated but all around ok store for the area.

I like to shop here and i am also going today for more stuff

This store was organized, and clean with a very positive atmosphere, there were associates offering to assist shoppers for the front to the back of the store. Thank you home depot for having such great employees.

Cachiers are rude especially the cachier LASHONDA. She has the worst customer sevice ever. She is rude, racist to some people, harsh, unprofessional, and she seems like she hates customers. How you’re working as a customer service and you are providing the worst customer service ever. She threw the money on the counter for me, and didn’t bag my stuff and Was giving me attitude for no reason.

I had a great shopping experience cashier Nia was very friendly and helpful.

The associate that assisted me with the location of the blinds was very helpful, but the the cashier was texting on a personal phone.

The store is Well organized, so finding things are very easy, and many friendly workers there if assistance needed, it is clean. I enjoyed very much, and found what I wanted.

Chip was AWESOME but so were the folks in the paint department and the cashier. From start to finish, everyone was helpful and pleasant.

Hope u don't need any assistance at this location because it is difficult to get any. Some rude employeees not all. Definitely would avoid this location if at all possible.

I'll give the store a few stars just because I shop there a lot and often don't need any assistance so it goes quick (even though I often find that items are out of stock) but good luck finding service at the floor installation desk when you need one. It's like I'm unemployed and have all the time in the world to meet their schedule requirements. They are either not there or just left for an hour of lunch so you are welcome to wait or come back at their convinices. Ok, let me get your service when it suits you, not me!

First off you clog up your aisles with promotional junk that are eventually obstacles to the customers with carts. Also wider aisles would improve mobility throughout store. Then contractor area parking is a mess. There is not physically enough spaces for the large vans and trucks that clog that area. I have gotten so angry at the unavailable spaces that i purposelly park opposite of that area just to protect the sides of my vehicle from damage. No one gives a darn anyway. Its a push and shove match in the whole contractor area.

Love this Home Depot and its people. From Ray in the Plumbing to Peter in Appliances. So friendly and knowledgeable. The staff at this location come from a lot of ethnicity's and they're not shy to help and approach you if you need help.
