Shopping at the Denham Springs Home Depot was such a pleasure! The store was very clean and orderly. The sales associates, including the Manager, were professional and knowledgeable of the product I purchased. From the time I entered the store, I was greeted with smiles and assistance when needed. This store will now be my "Go To" store in the near future!

I make lots of trips to Home Depot at several locations throughout the area. They all pretty well stocked. Things have settled since IDA and supplies seem to bee catching up

Need to improve on cashiers texting on there phone instead of checking out customers.

I ordered a lawnmower online and later received text that it was ready to pick up. It was not. Clerk couldn’t find it and did not know what to do. Another clerk tried to school her then wound up going to locate and pull order herself. Required getting a lift, waiting for aisle to clear, closing gates etc. I spent over 30 frustrated minutes following the process around. They did give me a $54 discount for their ineptitude. Additionally, the person at the register looked very bored, I had to ask her if she was available after standing in front of her for a few seconds. She couldn’t find my order nor did she know what to do about it. I got pretty angry, almost just walked out but another person came up to her and figured out the problem, went and pulled the mower and completed transaction. I left the store fuming - NOT a good experience. That is all.

7/26/22 1325pm. I came in knowing I needed a new Ryobi trimmer. I found the product I wanted without assistance. I looked thru the garden center briefly and noticed the gate was open, so I assumed the register was also. Employee Tammy was approximately 15 feet away from the register unboxing product and didn’t appear to look up upon my arrival to the register. I asked her if this register was open. She didn’t answer but slammed down what she had in her hands and proceeded to the register. She offered no greeting whatsoever. My item was in the undercarriage of the buggy, which she had to remove it to find the sku. The item was removed and replaced so violently it shook my 6 month old infant in his car seat (also in the buggy). I was NOT offered a warranty. Upon payment, Tammy reached over to the keypad and tapped the screen when it asked if I wanted my receipt emailed. I took my printed receipt from her. I was offered no thank you, goodbye etc upon my departure. She looked to another employee and complained that the gate should’ve been closed since it was about to rain. (As it does here daily in summertime) Perhaps Tammy needs a day off, or maybe a position indoors where the heat of the midday sun wouldn’t cause her to be incredibly rude, impersonal and unprofessional. I have worked in retail, customer service and compliance and I know for certain, attitudes like hers will cost you customers. I had 1 simple item to purchase and she acted so inconvenienced that I dare approach her register. I would’ve been less put off if she told me the register was closed and I had to walk the entire length of the store to the checkout lines. I would have requested to speak with her manager at the time, however my infant son was already tired and beginning to cry. I was so disappointed in my experience especially since this is the most local store in our area.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. By far the only Home Depot i will ever go to!

This LG refrigerator has been tripping the breaker since the moment it was installed 4 days ago. LG tech has been out, tested the outlet, tested the fridge, but yet couldn't find anything wrong. I requested a return yesterday and have been getting the runaround between Home Depot and LG ever since!

Recently went to the denham springs location with a complicated issue from wrong item sent through online order. Kasha and Isaias went above and beyond to help resolve issue and then some. Very grateful for their respect for customers and the job they do.

without fail most of our check out experience consist of rude, and incompetent cashiers!!! Its sad that the friendliest people are the individuals of departments! they seem put off by having to work or check people out so i will use self checkout to avoid that, but then there is of course a cashier who is unfriendly and just begins grabbing things out of cart and scanning without so much as a how are you!!!

This desk has some amazing people! Teresa, Sandy, Latoya, Don and the others are great!!!! They go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need and you get it quickly!

Jacob Isaias was awesome with customer service

I was in your store a few days ago shopping for a tool to remove concert from around the base of some 4x4s to relocate a fence. I was greeted by Rick James!!!!! and Ty. They both basically held my hand through the process. Which was fast and efficient. They went well above and beyond the call of duty in they’re recommended Home Depot YouTube videos on tool usage. I was also amazed by their personal knowledge of the equipment. Including setting it up and proper operation. I’ll definitely be back!

Seems like every employee is extremely knowledgeable about the items needed to perform any job,and they know the precise location of everything. I have dealt with numerous employees in my quest to build my game room and all of them were very approachable and helpful

This store has a variety of products and materials, the store is clean, & employees help you find what you are looking for when needed.

The store is cluttered with aisles blocked and mt stock. It is not for lack of associates because plenty have time to stand around a BS. I would give only one star but the location is convenient.

I always dread having to go to Home Depot because I can never find anyone who can help. I have never had anyone ask, “ Hey, can I help you find something?” Today was a refreshing change when I ran into Rick James(no not the performer) but a Home Depot employee. He was friendly and eager as he patiently took time to help me. Thanks Rick James!

Shop this store a lot. The folks working at this store location has literally turned a rainy day into sunshine. I appreciate the people that work here

We had wonderful help during our experience at the Denham Springs Home Depot.

Employees were sincere in their concerns toward being helpful and detailed in explanations, as every other Home Depot I've been fortunate enough to enjoy.

This is the worst Home Depot I have ever been to. They are rude, disorganized and straight up unprofessional. Go to Lowe’s. It will work out better for you I promise.

I had a floor professionally installed, but my friend went to THE HOME DEPOT and match the transition stip to where it is very hard to tell. Thanks, H.D.

This location is a really great store. The employees are friendly and eager to help, I enjoy shopping here. Today, one of the employees walked with me to find a bulb for a heat lamp I had been searching for.

Customer service wasn't able to order a special RYOBI had going 6 employee's surround me trying to mine the customer service business I guess because of the way she was acting on the phone (very flamboyant) She still had not when i asked for a manager the store manager couldn't figure out how to place this order. My time 1 hr 15 min. At customer service (no order)

This store is the best one overall because of the awesome people that are working for yall at this particular store. I would like to give one particular employee recognition that help me with an issue. Her name is Sandy Carbo, and she is top notch and such an awesome person, i could not have asked for a better person to help me resolve my issue i was having. She was very knowledgeable about the product and very speedy in helping me resolve the problem. Yall should be glad to have her as part of your team. She is one of the reasons that i will continue shopping at this particular store. Its one of my favorite places to go, because of people like Sandy, that i know are there to help with anything i need. Thanks again, Sandy Carbo, you were great helping my with my problem. Always cable to get assistance when II Need it and the associates are all friendly and courtesy.

Holly, Chase, and Charlisea were so helpful and explained so much to me along with making friendly conversation and telling me more about what I was buying. Absolutely loved the experience spent $300 but left felling like a million bucks.
