My trip to this store was not what I imagined it would be. I was pleasantly amazed at the way the team worked together to provide an excellent experience for my contractor and me. All team members, Chris, Robert, the paint expert and Trevon made our trip to that Home Depot amazing. Customer service was what it should always be—above and beyond the customers expectations and it was!!!!!!

Fast and friendly service

Dont let the location fool you. Folks always want to complain about a large retail stores not being in the City. Well, take advantage of this store's location and shop there if possible. I've never had a bad experience there. Also, it helps employees, residents/surrounding neighborhood(s), and the City's tax base.

Every time I've shopped at the 7/Meyers Home Depot, I've been met with nothing but professional, courteous and knowledgeable employees.

Hands down, Ashley who works the Tool/Fastener isles of Home Depot #2781 on 7 Mile/Meyer is the friendliest associate I have yet to meet within any of the Detroit area Home Depots. I probably visit a Home Depot in the Detroit area on daily basis to rehab my historical house in the Boston Edison area in Detroit over the past 18 months. Ashley's consistent friendly and very knowledgeable assistance over the last 18 months has helped making a difficult rehabbing project a little bit easier.

Each time I come in I usually go to Stephany and she is patient with me always gets me in and out

As I entered the store I saw that the store was secure with armed police. I saw various displays and was able to purchase painting and different items for my home both indoors and outdoors. I was there from 2:45pm to 4:30pm.

This store is great had exactly what I needed and Carl found my product without hesitation. Way to go seven mile. From the dept to the service desk.

My partner and I went in to find a trash can we had seen online. When we entered the store we were greeted by at least three different employees. When we got to where the trash cans were located they did not have the one we were looking for on the shelves but the staff were quick to jump in and help. Wanda and Brad were two that were so kind and efficient with their help. While we were at customer service we also saw the staff interact with each other and it was so full of joy. It was someone’s birthday and someone else was back from vacation and they were all celebrating. Of course it was not taking away from the customer experience! Just a friendly lovely environment.

Home Depot , had very good workers lt was very clean and there the staff had great communication and seemed very compassionate about how they worked .

Angelique has great customer services and it’s not my first time dealing with her she’s very patient and helpful

Every visit to this store has been awesome, from the friendly Professional staff to the availability of products. I have shopped at other Home Depot stores, but none compare to this one.

7 mile & #2781 Detroit is the best neighborhood store for me, in the pass five years of shopping at 7 mile I have only had one visit that the product was not in stock. Love 7mi Detroit store.

EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT SOMETHING ! I FIND WHAT I NEED WHEN I SHOP THERE, MAYBE ONE TIME EXCEPTION OVER THE YEARS .

Associate (Maxie) was friendly and helpful with what I was looking for.

This store has improved drastically. The store is clean. The parking lot is clean and the staff is helpful and polite. Dramatically different from The store it was six months ago. I am loving the effort and improvements, and will continue to make this my home for all my improvement needs.

I arrived at the 7 mile Meyers location to request a refund on gas range that I canceled and Carol assisted with a pleasant smile and expedited the process getting the refund completed.

I just purchased a Household item today, and I shall receive it some time next week.

Customer service is everything. If it's good people will come and shop, if not, people will not. And that will cause a problem as a whole. Toya and Montez are the G.O.A.T.S.!

Waited almost hrs to do some equipment rental bc I was told the associate was on lunch then after all that time no associate available... Just Terrible

I was very happy with the helpfulness of the employees throughout the store. Next time I'll pay attention to their names. It may have been my facemask "GOD CARES".

I went for window treatments and the worker was so busy answering his phone and discussing his personal affairs that he cut my shades incorrectly. I’d already had to wait 15 minutes for him and I had to bring them back. $4 gas, lost time. The worst!
