He was so helpful to us and we could not have found the flooring without him .

I’m a big believer that people who love what they do offer so much to their community and Mary in the paint department truly was a breath of fresh air. She not only made getting my paint picked out and mixed easy, she shared helpful information about their paint brands vs other competitors. I had mentioned that my home was painted in a SW brand of paint and the color and she was quick to tell me to bring the paint in for a color match if ever needed (we have a small amount left from the previous owners) and she would help me with a stronger/better paint. She explained why it was better and such. She also recorded the info of my paint and what I was painting so if I need more in the future it’s easily found. This showed true as she had another customer come for paint who needed a color he had before and was able to have it pulled right up and mixed. Her level of customer service was really impressive considering how often, these days, we feel as though so many do want to be there. It was a hectic day for me but she really gave me a little spark of joy. I truly appreciated it.

I hate the fact that they have only self checkout.

Suzie, Heather and Kim were amazing. I was having difficulty finding a product that was advertised on homedepot.com and they took time and care in making sure that I was able to leave with a comparable product that was needed for a special build project. They are role models in every way and truly went above and beyond!

These two are the real MVP's!! They know there stuff and are honest and just all around amazing. Because of those two guys, I will be back to shop. The store down the road will never be as Boss as your store

Lawn and Garden products this time of year are moving off the shelves and into peoples homes. I enjoyed the sales items with the variety of manufacturers being carried. Taken everything into account it was an easy in and out.

I just purchased some storage bins. I’m glad that I did for the size and price many other stores was twice sometime triple what I paid at the Dickson City Home Depot

I remodel houses and I often have things left over from jobs that I've had longer than three months. Now I have boxes of parts I don't need.

I buy lumber daily at The Home Depot in Dickson City and I must say I had the most thorough and efficient cashier I have ever had. Not only was she friendly but also offered To help. If you happen to go into the Dickson City home depot and you pay for your order at the registered by lumber if you see Sandie say hello she is very pleasant.

I planted a tree at my house and I needed rich soil with fertilizer in, and I also had some plants that needed to be put in soil because the roots were long enough for transplanting so I needed potting soil. So I went to The Home Depot for my gardening supplies and my potting soil. They have everything that I needed to get my job complete. The people were so polite and courteous and just were of a great help. And the prices were pretty good as well.

Home Depot is consistent across the board this store is great like any other

They gave another customer my online order and gave me his damaged item. They would do nothing for me in store or on phone. Michael has great customer service and even hung up on my wife who was being very nice on the phone. Customer service workers were more interested in their cell phones and floor workers answer with a no and walk away without explanations.

So easy to shop and get any items that I may need

No matter when I go to Home Depot there is always an associate to help me find the products that I need.

I bought a weed Wacker and mower. CHUCKY the worker was very knowledgeable and eager to help.

Troy was very helpful with my refund over the phone. He explained everything very well and promptly sent email confirmation of the transaction. Thanks so much for your help, Troy, and thanks to the DC store management for staffing the customer service desk very well. Makes all the difference and is one big reason why I choose Home Depot over others.
