This is the cleanest and most organized Home Depot I have every been to.

Cashier Elena was amazing!

Employee's seem lost. Not very knowledgeable. Good luck trying to find a customer service associate; once you find one they are not helpful. It's almost like they want to run away from you.

I love coming to this new Home Depot. They have very professional staff and they are also FRIENDLY!

This store is doing an excellent job, all of it's employees so far have provided me with excellent customer service. The one who goes above and beyond is Alicia from Customer Service. She is an exemplary employee and a pleasure to have dealt with.

Very Clean, Friendly and helpful employees.

Store is clean and organized, the only reason I give it a 4 star is because customer service is lacking. Associates do not greet you, ask you if you need help and half the time you have to chase someone down and they just say it isn't their department and can't help.

If you want to feel you are an important person and sure that you will received the support you need to solve the problems you have, without doubt I will tell you that place is Home Depot at 1650 NW 117th Place Miami FL 33182.

The store is clean and neat. The associates are very helpful. They seem like they care about the customer.Items were exactly where the website told me.Not store isn't cluttered either. The parking lot was clean with places to park. (I was there at 11AM & 2PM)

BRAND NEW STORE AND FRIENDLY EMPLOYES

I've being to many different home depot stores in the past; however, this new store makes the experience of shopping much nicer. its a brand new store, very organized and employees are much helpful.

Given the area/location of where this store is at, the store is overall well organized and clean. We have gone several times and we always find everything we need based of the signs in the isles and/or store maps. Staff is friendly and very knowledgable of the areas in where you find them. The friendly staff here makes you feel as if you are up North...and the shelves are always stocked with what they are marked with and it is evident staff takes time and pride in keeping the shelves and store organized.

This store is great, and what makes it great is truly their customer service. Outstanding! Special thanks to George at the Lumber department who took the time during this busy season to understand my problem and give a truly valuable solution. He truly went beyond my expectations! I love this store.

Great clean store. My Home depot is the one by Flagler but I would rather go store #3331 for there cleanliness and variety
