Friendly staff, knowledgable and courteous.

Encountered a plant vendor in purple today and I wish I could have gotten her name and the company she was representing. Very rude and I do not plan on making my plant purchases from this store. Vendors are an extension of the store and should be held to the same level of customer service as an employee. The store management needs to understand the impact that these vendors have on the customers.

Very busy Saturday but well stocked and well served; please tell me how I get refunded for being charged twice for the one wood filler I purchased.

Clean well stocked store. Associates knowledgeable and quick to offer assistance. Products well stocked and easy to find. Quick checkout. Much better than any other large home hardware store in Durham. This is my FIRST choice if I need something for around the home.

Staff was incredibly helpful in middle of pandemic, helping me find appropriate products and scanning the products for me in check out line to help ensure my safety. Great experience.

Contractors do not work with you concerning accommodating your hours of availability. They do not work weekends and limited weekday hours.

Great Service! I'm doing a kitchen reno and needed lots of help finding items for my demo phase....everyone in the store was helpful and friendly. One fellow actually walked the aisles with me and made sure I got all the things on my list, and made a few suggestions about how I might save a little money.

People this store are always helpful and friendly; more so than many of the other Home Depot stores I have been.

This store has very friendly staff whom are always willing to help me when I come into the store. If they don’t have what I need they give me the next best thing. They have people who are very knowledgeable in their departments.

Very good customer service and great staff

My issue with this store was at the self-checkout , these need to be illuminated. I'm trying to use my military discount at the self-checkout and the employee seemed to have some difficulty and then I realized my 10% discount was given to another customer at another self-checkout station. I had to go to customer service to get that taken care of. Then they screwed that up and I ended up getting a 5% discount and I walked away in disgust.

This location is clean, always has what I'm looking for, and the staff is consistently knowledgeable and friendly. It's great location near so many other stores where I shop. I've had associates really go out of their way to make sure I am finding what I need.

The store was very clean and organized. But as far as getting assistance in finding the item I needed. The employees were far and short in help . Being from NY I encountered the same issues .Frankly being a older female and going up and down isles staring at shelf like I was lost wasn’t enough notice of needing help, couple asked time for help and always I will get some one , and end results , was I was my own help lol. O well . Customer service is apparently gone. But at times need a product to help make life easier will keep me going back, seeing how the stock is plentiful .

This is a very large, extremely well-maintained store. It is unusually clean for its age and size. The tell for me when visiting an unfamiliar store is the condition of outside Garden which, given all that goes on there, can look scruffy (unswept, dusty, dead plant leaves strewn about, broken bags, etc.). This store's vast garden area was SUPERB! The plants were well-maintained, colorful, bountiful and neat, despite the blistering heat of summer. The racks of pavers, rock, bagged mulch and fertilizer and such was the cleanest I have seen...I'd picnic on that pavement! The interior of the store felt very inviting and shoppable, not overstuffed like some stores. The store employees were friendly and on the move...no one sitting around here. The store was well-stocked and bustling with customers. No wonder! I will drive past my local HD and go 23 extra miles to go to this one again. It is fantastic!

The store was easy to navigate, it was clean, and the employees were super helpful. Kim, Princess, and Javlin (hope I spelled it right) made my shopping experience wonderful.

Exchanged an empty propane tank for a grill only receive an empty propane tank. When asked to notify a manager, one was apparently not available. Workers on the front lines were friendly and made up for deficiencies in management.

This store is a gem. It is a gem because it hires employees who truly care about their customers. Bob Hockman, my kitchen designer, is a 5 star employee. He did everything - above and beyond - to help me design my dream kitchen and make it come true, even waiting to order the cabinets at the exact right moment to secure me a 40% discount. I have never had that kind of service from anyone, including custom kitchen designers (who never "got" what I wanted to do). He came to the house after the demolition was complete to ensure that the measurements were perfect, and coordinated every aspect of the order with my contractor. I have never had better service. Thank you for making everything easy! A great Home Depot!
