The help that I received to purchase a product that I was not very knowledgeable about was amazing and much appreciated.

I made this trip to Home Depot specifically to purchase a replacement American flag for an outdoor display. This store was out of American flags for this type of display pole! I was happy, however, to discover a taller and wider display pole since I have looked for one for years! I did purchase the display flagpole, but I will have to go elsewhere for the flag.

Credit card customers are not treated very kibdly

Al, in the lighting department went above and beyond looking for the item I needed in the over stocked items. He was great!!

Great job by an employee named Neil. Friendly young man help to to quickly find all I needed and exactly what I needed.

I had a great shopping experience today. I was in and out in no time and the store looked great!!!! Every single employee asked me how I was doing...I Love That!!!! When you check out.....look for Robin.....she is the best!!!! She kept me laughing the whole time!!!

Went in kind of late in the evening to buy a vanity for a bathroom remodel, asked an associate to please check the price on an item and then to please get it off the top shelf he found another unit that was on the bottom shelf help me load it and I was off within 30 minutes pretty awesome considering we were tired and wanted to go home we are really appreciated that

Nobody is on the same page. Don't seem to know whats going on.

My review is not about a particular Home Depot, it is concerning the God awful trouble that I have had with most of the display flooring I wanted, were not available. They were on display, but when I finally got someone to pay attention to what I was looking at, I was told" Oh sorry, none of those items are available. The displays should have been removed." The company that Home Depot uses for their flooring install, have been a great disappointment. The staff that came to measure my flooring project, gave me inaccurate information , incorrect advise and just straight fabrications concerning what was possible to do on my flooring project

I came poorly prepared but the store clerk helped me to find the right parts and my plumbing was perfect with his help when I got home

If you need any help in the ceiling fan department, ask for Al, what a patient and helpful guy he is.

The cashier at the returns took her time to correct the mistake made by the other store and printed all my receipts to make sure I was not overcharged she was patient and very understanding and very profesional

The store is very helpful for the most part. Delivery is not so great it taking three weeks to deliver much needed material. ☹️

I received excellent customer service today, all around. The store was bustling with people but many employees were helping customers and doing so happily. I easily found what I was looking for, the store was clean even for how busy it was. Lastly, this store has to be recognized for its diversity. Respresentarion matters and I saw many walks of life in this store, I proud that this is my local store and that they support inclusion for all.

I really enjoy going to the Home Depot store they have a lot of merchandise to choose from their home improvement area is awesome. I really wanted to look at their plants this time we drive 72 miles to come to Amarillo to shop but it was storming so we couldn’t go outside but I look forward to it next trip. We mainly come to Home Depot to purchase wood for our craft business we make wood homemade games and we do craft shows so we spend a great deal of money on wood and you have an excellent selection thank you for that.

The store was as clean and stocked as possible after the horrid winter storm. Larry, an associate, approached me as I was wandering around lost in the plumbing area and helped me get everything I needed to replace my water heater. We've always been pleased with this store, but today they went over and above!!

There were a lot of new products that was very helpful for my painting project. The associate was helpful & the store was clean & organized. They even thanked me for shopping there.

Straight Trash! The store is filthy (restrooms were a hazard at best). They don’t stock what the website says they do. When you buy something, open the box in store to make sure it’s all there. I’ve have multiple issue with the item being incomplete!

I was very satisfied with the friendliness and the efficiency of the staff at the Home Depot store in Amarillo Texas. I shop there quite often and will continue to go back.

Store is clean, and provides masks and sanitizer as you enter. Help is always around, and customer service is excellent.
