Store was great. Service was excellent. Delivery of appliance a nightmare. Beware of buying appliances from Home Depot. After the experience, sat on hold for over 1/2 hour. No one wants to talk to you or help. Doors swing wrong way. Was written to be right to left. Delivery man admitted he didn’t know how to do it. Would send someone. I called next day. First they hung up on me. Next lady made appt for someone to come next week. But couldn’t set a time. Then asked how I got her personal phone number?? What? Noted they scratched the front. They will send me a $75 gift card for that? Supposed to arrive in 2 weeks. I will believe it when I see it. Clerk at store for purchase was great, but there is so much more involved to selling appliances.

Kaitlin in appliances was super helpful and very friendly!

Pro Desk is second to know one. Best in the valley for big box stores.

We generally shop at Home Depot for most of our home repair/supply needs. The employees are always helpful and kind, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions as to how to perform a given job and the best product to use. I've always appreciated their honesty and helpfulness. On our last visit, we were buying ten windows worth of blinds. One employee was very rude and nearly caused us to shop somewhere else, but then Sabrina came along and was SO incredibly helpful and kind and apologetic. She went above and beyond in helping us know what product would meet our needs, figuring out the total cost of different options, and eventually cutting on our blinds to the size we needed- and blinds weren't even her department! She was absolutely amazing. She definitely saved the day and helped keep us as faithful Home Depot customers.

Friendly staff and Lynn C. was great at checkout. Even helped me make up my mind to finally get a Home Depot card. Store was clean and being newer shopper, as I will not shop other home improvement stores again, things were organized well just will take a bit to learn the layout.
