I asked 3 employees about a price of an item In their department none of them had known what it was price at and none of them offered to find out the price for me.

The employees at this store are rude and not one bit helpful. Fellow customers are more help than employees. They do not walk you to the items you are asking about seem irritated by questions. I asked how many bags of cement I needed for setting posts and was told twice as much as it took so I would not trust them on advice either. I have attempted to buy appliances twice from this location and ended up buying them elsewhere due to lack of customer service. I asked for some specific features and was told " You can look at what we have over there". When ordering large items for pick up I arrived to pick them up, waited 20 minutes after checking in and when I went in the see what was taking so long the guy said "here ya go" and gave me the cart. He seemed irritated when I said I would appreciate some help loading it. Home depot never fails to disappoint!

My second time at this store. I am new to the Tri-Cities area, living in Connell. A good 45 mile drive, I am building a small shed for my wife's garden tools and had quite a list. Not having a truck to haul anything of substance I went to the service desk to see if I could order there and have it delivered. What a great surprise! Corina spent several minutes with me to see to it that the list was right and she got it all ordered and all my materials will be delivered. Having a friendly person to help out was a real bonus.

We recently moved to the area and haven’t been to this Home Depot yet. We went to buy a washer and dryer on Friday night. Faith is the lady who helped us. She has a wealth of knowledge in the appliance department and made our who buying process informative and easy. We know we will definitely be coming back to Faith when it’s time to buy a fridge. Awesome employees here! The Store manager was fantastic helping with a major problem that was not due to Home Depot, for that alone i will shop here always 1st before anywhere else. I have always got my questions answered when i asked and when my elderly mother asked how to do something, the employees were kind enough to make sure she knew how to do it.

Go see Faith in appliances for any and all questions you may have on appliances. She takes the time with you to find exactly what you want, and she is very noticeable with all appliances.

Sunday 18 October 2020. @ 6:35 AM into store. Checked out about 06:48 AM, receipt No. 4739 0004 30017. I needed a light bulb for a microwave. Had bought one Saturday. Found out the unit took 2 bulbs, not just one, and was there to get bulb. That part went fine. Problems ensued at checkout. Two cashiers' lanes open at far end of store, (east / north ? end), furtherest from 27th. Store was really empty. Two cashiers standing, chatting, at far end check out counter. Neither wearing a mask. Repeat, no mask on either cashier. They each had masks in their hands, but weren't wearing them in an area where they would each be expeted to have face to face contact with the public. Me? I was fully masked. Being 73 years old and being diabetic, a serious co morbidity for Covid, I take the safety rules seriously. I can't afford not to. One of the cashiers was standing where customers would come along side the counter, the other was behind the counters, Both chatting away, unmasked,. And or course launching moisture droplets and particulates, not comntained / constraind by a mask, out into the air in the area I was expected to stand in, as well as onto the counter where I was expeccted to put down the stuff I was buying. The one standing on the customer side of the counter in her orange shirt / vest seemed annoyed that I had interrupted her conversation by being there to buy something. Cashier actually working the register had a name tag reading "Paula" I didn't get the name tag of second HD employee, who went back to her register after I arrived. The check out counter was contaminated by the particles and dropplets from the conversation, but "Paula" didn;t appear to have available to her any sanitizing solution or wipes. Certainly didn't clean the counter. Paula did hastily put on the mask she was holding. I quickly as I could completed my transaction and left. Last I looked Tri Cities has been a serious covid hot spot. Only last week did Gov. Inslee take the area out of the most serious category. Its bith Wsahington state regulation and Benton County regulation that requires employees inside a retail establishment to mask up. I believe that HD separately has what sound like serious policies aboute serious Covid fighting safety practices which HD claims it strictly implements and enforces. In my opinion , based upon my personal experience and observations, HD's comittment to safe anti Covid practices, at least at the Kennewick Store on West 27th, HD's Covid safety practices are non existent, and merely empty public relations gestures. Certainly, whatever the content of the safety training these two cashiers got didn't "take". The two felt comfortable ignoring basic safety protocols meant to protect customers. That two employees were doing that at the same time and place makes me wonder if the culture of the store, tolerated or fostered by on site store management, gave these employees the impression that the anti Covid Safety precautions were not necessary to take seriously or follow strictly. I do not choose to spend my money at -- nor more importantly, risk my health at -- that kind of enterprise. This is more than just dangerous behavior by two cashiers. Itsenblematic of a store management failure on multiple levels.

Best home depot in the area by far. Best customer service and clean and organized. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Terrific people work at this location. Always willing to help and go the extra mile to let you know that they are committed and deserving of my time to write this review. They seem to like there jobs that makes for a pleasant shopping experience. As a new homeowner I feel taken care of and not taken advantage of.

A very good store I highly recommend the store any its employees

There are several BIG home improvement stores between my home and this Home Depot location. I do not mind traveling a bit more, because the shopping experience is MUCH better at Home Depot than the other stores. Plus, I have found a better inventory of items to select from. I cannot tell how many times I could not find what I wanted at the other stores, but did find them at Home Depot. So it is really, a much faster shopping experience coming to this location.

If you have employee of the month, we would like to nominate RO, she helped us get thru a return and then was on the phone for 2 hours trying to locate another shower stall that would fit our needs, since the factory no longer makes the one that we had to return because it was cracked in several places. She found one but it had to come from back east, so we hope this one makes it here ok. Every thing went thru on our credit card, the credit for the return then the purchase of the new one plus a credit for the difference. everything is going smoothly now, hope the shower get here in 4 pieces. GOOD JOB RO

It took 30-45 minutes to get someone to find a bar code for a grill and load it into our vehicle. The 2 guys helping were slow and didnt appear to know what they were doing.

Rude service. Wear a mask when entering home for flooring services!!!!

I had two wonderful young gentlemen help me get some insulation sheets down with a forklift. It wasn't an easy job, seeing as they had to get the bundle down, unwrap the bundle, and they even generously loaded it onto my cart. All the while they smiled, were very polite, highly safety conscious, and customer-oriented. I attempted to tip each of them 10 dollars, but in respect for ethics and company policy, they declined. They made my experience pleasant. Their names were James and Tom I believe.

Cashier(s) or at least the two I dealt with do not pay attentions to their job and taking care of people.
