I’m very happy with everything that I get from HD

Karen serviced a return for me and was excellent! Very friendly and helpful.

I purchased a couple items online, and once received, it ended up being a completely different product than what I had ordered and what was described online. The customer service team, especially Tina Z., went above and beyond. Long story short, they were able to figure out what went wrong, return the incorrect products, and then helped me order what I really wanted online, all while shipping it directly to my house. Amazing!

When ever I use customer service they are always helpful and meet my needs.

The store was clean, had ample parking, and our o ur Appliance Specialist, Danielle Hice, was FANTASTIC. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely patient. We were working with an odd space for our refrigerator and Danielle worked tirelessly with us to find something that would fit (along with all of our other "necessary" features). We are going to be in the market for a new stove in the near future. Without a doubt, we are going to reach out to Danielle. Absolutely no need to shop anywhere else. Home Depot Okemos/East Lansing is top notch.

I had a challenging order and the managers, Tina and Lisa, were a great help in getting it accomplished. I recommend this store.

I will drive across town to shop this Home Depot. Staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and customer focused. They also have a wonderful selection of home goods that are actually in stock!!! You can't go wrong shopping here.

A clean and well stocked store with excellent check out services

Everyone is always pleasant and willing to answer questions or find someone who can. They are great to my dog whenever I bring her. I do a lot of shopping at this Home Depot even if I could find the item somewhere else.

Over the years, This store has been consistently most helpful of all the big box stores in our area. I will continue to use them in our home maintenance and renovations. I recommend the design department; Innovative and very helpful.

At HD today for a variety of items. Found everything thanks to knowledgeable and helpful employees.

I came yesterday and the lady in the garden center pointed out the sale plants which I purchased & today I came back for more.

Alana helped us pick out our counter tops, sink, and faucet in less than an hour. She was wonderful to work with

I went to Home Depot to get information on get an estimate for flooring material. The employee was so patient and polite. He took the time to explain and respond all my questions, no rush. It was a great experience. Thank you.

Bought a fire stick. Price didn’t ring up accurately due to a glitch in the system. The cashier was unable to change the price. When the item was scanned, it showed 0 in the store, there were several. Yikes… great customer service though

We’ve routinely been to this store over the last 5 years after buying a foreclosed house and remodeled it, staff has always been super helpful and friendly, especially tonight on my trip bringing our 4 month old puppy and 3 toddlers, love the staff here!

Had to get some new exterior doorknobs and needed extra keys made. Emma did a great job helping me pick out some custom keys and made the copies all while having a pleasant conversation to pass the time. In short, she provided amazing customer service which is so rare right now.

We went into the store today to purchase 2 doors and new floors. We could not get anyone to help us. FIVE different associates walked by us, but not one stopped to help.

I purchased floor tile online to pick up at the store. The customer service employees were very courteous. I felt welcome in the store. Wherever I went I got a casual hello. Great overall experience!

As a woman who does not know much about home repair, but whenever, I come into Home Depot, there is someone there who can guide me through the process and provide me with the materials I need. When buying appliances, I get the same individualized attention.

I just wish that this particular store had more variety in what they had in stock as far as power tools and other related accessories like Packout go. Overall a great store, very convenient, the staff have always been friendly and understanding, if a mistake was made on my end somehow they were very willing to fix it and take prompt action to correct what really was my fault.

Excellent customer service at this specific Home Depot. Not only from Tina, but also from Jasmine. What a great team of over achievers. They really do go above and beyond for their customers here. We are hoping all the employees are as great, but our experience so far has been excellent. Thank you!

I was very pleased with this shopping trip. I have visited the store before and didn't get the assistance I wanted. This time there were quite a few salespersons around and I was able to find a helpful one. His name is Randy Z. and he is extremely helpful!!

Very friendly staff, Justin from lumber was soooo helpful! Our cashier Mary, was pleasant and so quick. Great experience.

I needed assistance but most of the people that work there looked unapproachable.
