This store has some very friendly associates. Jess in appliances is always friendly and very helpful. Vince in electrical knows his department and is always willing to help me when I come in. I had a positive shopping experience.

The store associate was very helpful in loading the purchase onto a cart and taking it to the cashier and then out to my car and loading it.

Amazing and exceptional service, employees were very polite and personable.

I live 30 min from dorman, but hate the mall traffic. So I Chose hillcrest store over dorman and was pleasantly surprised all of the staff was friendly and eager to help. It was like shopping at the Publix of hardware stores. Dorman is nice, but felt the folks here at Hillcrest were way friendlier. :) Worth the 45 minute drive!

The store is always clean and I am a frequent Shopper at Home Depot it's my go-to supply store I'm a plumber for over 40 years you always have the merchandise I need and always are very well well-stocked. The store is always clean and at checkout register it never takes a long time. I recommend this store to everyone

I have been buying plumbing supplies from this store since it opened a been a plumber for over 40 years and this store has never let me down I recommend it to everyone the employees are nice and attentive and educated about the merchandise and everything is easy to find. When it comes to building material and hardware tools and Home Decor such as lamps and faucets and sinks this is the store to go to.

All of the employees at this store are always friendly and most helpful. The store is clean and neat and well stocked. I always come here for my gardening supplies. It is only a mile from my home. I would recommend it for a great shopping experience.

The is not up to standards anymore since the new Manager took over! Yesterday, I could not find a drywall card as all of them were used for lumber and the one employees finally brought me stopped very 2 yards! The Assistant Manager tells you that a policy that was in place for years in Canada and in both of the Spartanburg stores did never existed! The policy is as follows: If an item is sold off the shelf and a customer comes in and needs it the employees have to sell the next item up to them at the cost of the item that is no longer on the shelves. In my case 4 x 8 regular drywall was sold out last Saturday (and still is as of last night!) then Home Depot should sell me the 4 x 10 ft for the price of the 4 x 8 ft. They have done this in the past many times and the last time was in Aug./Sept. of this year. Now the Assistant Manager J. told me flat in my face and my husband's that this never happened in this store and that there is no such policy since he never heard of it! This is strange as Management in the past informed me about this policy in other stores! Overall, the store was just dirty and not well stocked! Employees at the store could not be bothered to help when asked!

Very helpful store associate found item wanted and far exceeded expectations in purchasing and loading. Store was clean and associates offer help on all shopping there.

The best customer service I have received ever at a box store hardware store. I use to be a Lowes customer but not after today. Home Depot will now take care of all my hardware needs.
