Tammy, the employee at the 192nd street Vancouver Home Depot is a rock star! She went out of her way to help me and resolved the issue I had.

Normally I shy away from big box home improvement stores unless I know what I’m going in for, because it’s so hard to find someone to help. On this trip to Home Depot, I got the best customer service ever (anywhere). I had a question about ordering a pallet of pavers, and before I knew it, I had all the help I needed to get everything I needed to build a paver walkway, as well as help in getting it delivered to my house. It was exceptional service provided by Reyla, who was helpful, knowledgeable and had a great attitude about helping me.

If you want to experience an amazing customer service, go to this store and ask for Ken. This store not only has a great inventory but also, very knowledgeable and patience people who walk you through and make sure you get all the things you need for your next project.

I nearly always find the products I need to complete a home-improvement or home-repair project at Home Depot. And, I can usually find a knowledgeable person to answer questions. Lastly, the checkout or return process is always quick and friendly.

I bought a Freezer from the East Vancouver Washington Home Depot yesterday. Best appliance shopping experience ever! Tammy, Dalton and Tyler went above and beyond to ensure we got the right freezer at the right price right now!! I'd go back just to hang with these people...felt like family!

I was stressing a leaky faucet and had no idea if i needed a whole new sink . I dragged the old faucet into HomeDepot inside a plastic bag and showed it to Tom who took the time to hear me out and look at my photos. He mmediately diagnosed the problem and gave excellent advice. He told me the sink was not the problem- i just needed a new faucet! He helped us pick one out and was very gracious. Thank you Tom!!

Great selection of items. There were a few employees who went above and beyond.

The store was clean and organized. Associates are friendly and always smile to customers. When they saw a customer looking for something, they always come forward and ask "Do you find everything ok?" Customers never worry to lost in the jungle of the parts warehouse.

This is the only Home Depot that I would tell people to stay away from. The manager has no idea what he's doing and they like to overcharge and take things back after they've charged you for it

I’m very displeased with the customer service I received today. I had decided to open a Home Depot credit card for my purchase on 5/22. I wanted to get the largest discount possible on my purchase which meant that I needed to spend $1000. That was very difficult for me to do as I rarely spend over a couple of hundred dollars at a time. I had some retaining wall blocks delivered as well as planting mix. I felt that the order was incomplete and wanted to discuss it with and employee. The first employee that came on the line greeted me by saying “this seems like a he said she said and no matter what way it turns out it’s going to be ugly”. I don’t know about you, but when I’m greeted like that I don’t get any warm fuzzy feeling. I tried to talk to him, but he was not willing to take the time to hear me or my concern. He then passed me off to the store manager who was almost as unwilling to work with me as he had been. I was told on several different occasions that I just didn’t understand the way their computer showed the purchase with all its ins and outs with discounts and lefts and rights of their system. The manager begrudgingly walked me through The transaction (as her computer showed it). The bottom line is that I do not feel satisfied that my concern is any of their concern. I am very very unhappy with today’s interaction with the employees of this Home Depot location.

Great customer service! Was greeted in the store by an employee and was taken directly to the item I was looking for. Two employees helped to get it off the top shelf, provided a push-cart for me and walked me to the cashier. Then, it was loaded into my vehicle. I appreciate such fine customer service!
