Knowledgeable people selling good stuff. Nothing worse than trying to get information from a rep that does not know what you or they are talking about. Here these folks have it going on, they are well trained and great to deal with. Debbie Rich in the Appliance Department is awesome, she knows her stuff and will help you get exactly what you need and will advise you on what you should also consider to make the purchase complete, all with no hassle, as Debbie goes the extra mile to make your purchase painless. I am glad she asked if she could help me. Thank you Debbie! Trust THD at Frazer because they have people like Debbie there to help!

I was very impressed by my sales associate Laurie Moore. She was friendly, accommodating, helpful and remained safe and respectful in this environment. I was uneasy going in the store on a Saturday because of the crowds. She made me feel at ease and got me out of the store quickly and with a respectful thank you. Great experience

Jazzy in the plumbing section is a great guy and always has helpful tips. He helped me get confident to replace the kitchen faucet by myself rather than spend 200-300$ on a handyman.

One of the best experiences ever with Home Depot. From beginning to end, I received tremendous, friendly help. I found the right door and right paint for my next projects. Steve from millwork, the paint guys and Kathleen at the register were FANTASTIC. I love Home Depot!

I am a severely disabled Veteran, and the help I received on my last visit Wednesday November 18th was awesome! Christine, at the self check out lane went above and beyond to help me scan my items and place them in the bags for me. Home Depot truly cares about our Veterans!

I’m pleased to report that everyone wears a mask while in the store. No checkout lines to deal with, and shelves are well stocked. Helpful employees are around if you have trouble locating an item, and always someone to help load without waiting. Another pleasant experience I’m happy to report.
