We went to your competitor store first and we had to really search for someone to help us and then we felt unappreciated. When we went to your location (Store 6305) and went to the appliance section, we were quickly greeted by a sales person, Tom Wodka. Mr. Wodka really made our shopping/purchase experience both memorable and exceptional for all the RIGHT reasons! Tom is fun, he's personable and witty. Tom is very knowledgeable about the products and really helped us out greatly!

There is almost no point in counting on Home Depot's stock quantities shown on line. The numbers are rarely correct. Try and park a standard size pickup truck or get anywhere close to the pick up area. The pick up area is flooded with carts as this is the storage area.

Kenny D is a great employee. He listened and helped us find a solution to our problem. He helped us select the items, and customize them. Great attitude, friendly, helpful, kind, great customer service.

Cashier Alex was extremely helpful at the self checkout. He scanned everything and helped with measurements.

From Cade in lumber to Wilfredo Seda at the front, we were wowed by our experience. Everyone we passed by was helpful and friendly. We will share our experience with others comfort sure.

I came in to get some paint first thing at 7am and I was greeted by every associate that walked by me. The kid at the paint desk was friendly , polite , and gave me some great advice. Keep up the good work.

I went to the #6305 store to purchase a Milwaukee M18 Finish Nailer. I had questions about the nailer and also needed help deciding which nails to purchase. Sales Associate Tina assisted and had all the answers needed; quick, helpful and correct answers! Tina is without a doubt the most helpful sales associate I have ever dealt with at any home improvement store! If you are in the Brandon area and have questions about tools, visit this store and seek out Tina, you won't be disappointed!

The in store personnel were great very helpful but got a lot more delivered a major major hassle would not recommend delivery service

Bought a vanity, after removing the cardboard found it had significant damage. Difficult time finding employees in the store. There was only one cashier that wasn't self checkout, with special order items you can't do self checkout.

Turned a small exchange (due to missing hardware) into a complete fiasco just wanted to swap, with a receipt and was told can’t do that need to return and then buy another.

Placed two Online orders. Received text messages that two orders were ready for pickup. When I showed up, they couldn't find one of the orders and didn't have enough on shelf to completely fill the order. I was issued a refund for missing items. They did not know when they would get more. They checked and said the Riverview Store have them. I should have ordered them from a better organized store! Waited a long time for them to look for the orders and then issue a refund. Now I have to make a trip to the Riverview Store.

I needed some molding cut for a specific project. One of the associates, Carlos, was quick to help after he assisted another shopper!

Karen had to help me in the self checkout, ignoring my request to be be left alone. She even commented on my purchases, while scanning them wrong. She also wore her mask down around her nose while being in my face. Thanks Karen.

I found the tile that I was looking for at the East Brandon store when I couldn't find it at other Home Depots.

I wanted to say thank you to Karin for assisting me with the purchase of the washer and dryer and helping me get all the discounts which were available. Can't wait to get them they will definitely be put to GOOD use as soon as I get them.

Bought a 7.5' tall angel for Christmas, helped me load it on my cart and into my car.

Anytime i ask for assistance someone is available and knowledgeable what the item is and where it is located. Customer service office is fast.
