Nowadays, I never expect good old-fashioned service at stores anymore. Not the case with Home Depot on Irvine Blvd. They are ready to help, point you in the right direction, answer questions and spend enough time with you that you feel like you are making the right purchase and getting exactly what you need and won't have to go back to the store to exchange something because you never got any advice in the first place.

Great experience shopping at this Home Depot. Needed some plywood but was up high at another home depot so they sent me here because it was too inconvenient for them to bring the giant pallet down for just one piece of wood to sell. Anyways, glad they sent me here as their team members were super courteous and brought it down no problem. I also had Matt make me a bunch of cuts and again he had no issues with it and was super nice. Also, all cuts done right and at the measurements I needed. I've been at other home depots where its like it seems that you are bugging them for making so many cuts. Great shopping experience and will be making this my store from now on.

Bruce was a great help. He helped me find the right option for the door lock.

The store was very clean and full of product. I was finding bathroom fixtures to show my contractor what I wanted. Found everything I was looking. I bought of couple of trees for a planter while I was there.

The person who helped me, Rominia, handled my purchase from start to finish. Including, leading me to the location of the product, assisting me with checkout, and coordinating placement into my vehicle.

staffs are always willing to help with what you are looking for, inventories, and which stores to go when not in stock or ask you if I want to place an order with them. very knowledgeable, store is always clean and well organized!!!!

The person was not friendly and not helpful.

I always come in and purchase a ton of decor. On this occasion I spent $363 in store and $350 online. I overspend and pay off my credit card the following days. Sometimes I have a few returns and usually get a refund on my debit card instead of the store credit card because it is paid off and I don’t want the hassle of waiting for my credit card to issue a check. I’m a home designer so constantly need to make purchases at other stores. Disappointed I was only offered store credit. On top of all this cashier was rude. Whispering about me and laughing.

If you need help in plumbing, Bruce is very knowledgeable! He can answer any question and provide solutions. I had two shower drains with issues and was fixing it on my own. Bruce was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Personal service from Assistant Mgr Jessica Richie Beebe was incredible. She made things happen. She was professional, helpful and sincere. She understand great customer service!

Best Home Depot I ever visited every costumer from return/customer service was very helpful, but Doug was the most exceptional, he went above and beyond to help our every need, if you visit this location definitely if your not having a great experience this guy will turn that around, but over all the professionalism and customer service of this location is top notch. I live in San Fernando Valley and will definitely be coming back just for the service.

Great customer service at pro desk

If you want to go to one of the cleanest Home Depot stores in OC, then this is the store. If you want help from the HD workers, then this store is not for you. Nothing but lazy employees, really sad. This store is in one of the richest areas of OC, to bad the employees have no idea how to provide service. HD used to be a great place to shop for my business, not anymore, back to the lumber yards for me...

All staff in this store are very professional and kind. I really enjoy the shopping experience in this store.

These are large stores so it is always important to me that there is someone available to help me locate what I am looking for. I have always been happy with the service here. They always stop what they are doing to walk me anywhere in the store to get help as well as have someone directing the customers to the fastest and available check out.

FOR SHOPPING IN THIS AREA IS GREAT AND YOU CAN REACH ANYTHING YOU WANT.
