Sale Cashier Joel and Manager Gregg were quick to help resolve a pricing issue. Thankfully, I was able to obtain a replacement door handle I needed, as it was the last on the shelf.

I've been shopping retail home product stores all my adult life. This store seems to have a special employee hiding place for when customers need service or help in the aisles. Everyone else at their respective sales areas were very courteous and helpful. Especially my cashier Hannah.

The store was clean and orderly and the associate in the paint department was the best clerk I have ever dealt with in my 55 years of purchasing of anything. She was GREAT.

Employees wearing face masks bellow the nose is disrespectful to costumers. Either wear a mask or not. I really make an effort not to shop at this location in Victory Dr.; messy parking lot.

My cashier was Monica and she was amazing. She seemed to have experience with plants and gardening. Commented on all the flowers and the colors I chose for our window boxes. Home Depot is lucky to have Monica.

The store was clean and plenty of choices, but not one associate was helpful in getting assistance lifting French doors onto cart. Each one just referred us to someone else, said that this wasn’t their section, or called on the cell phone for someone else, though no one ever came. So customer service, at least on this visit, not there.

I do go to this store often. My comment is not especially directed to this store. In time gone by, there were many more employees on the floor in various departments who were much more knowledgeable about the products and what was needful for what you needed, i.e. if you had a plumbing or electrical issue, they could really help. Seemed like goodly number were electricians or plumbers or whatever. Some of the employees are still very helpful in that way, but not as in the distant past. My previous experiences were that many more of the employees could give you help in explaining what you needed to do, and helped you get what you needed. Sort of specialty tutors for those of us who liked to do things, but needed guidance. Still so, but not nearly as in years ago. Specifically today: all who helped me were very nice and helpful.

The only way to describe this location is that the entire staff needs to be dismissed, the whole store needs to be automated or a completely new, higher educated, more detailed orientated staff should be hired. The continuous level of inconsistencies on what the staff of Home Depot cuts, does not cut and depending on the day, they are not suppose to do it, "but if you come in the back, we will get it done for you" is ridiculous. The staff is rude, clearly doesn't want to be there and feels that they are paid just to gab with each other. And let's talk about the best part, being accused of stealing. Yes, I was accused of stealing, however, the woman who was so close to me while I was using the self checkout, that I could clearly tell what she had for breakfast. Their inventory is either incorrect, severely damaged or just not in stock. The Home Depot Savanna on Victory #0170 is the very convenient to my house, but is the last choice I will use again.

The employees here actually look for people to help, when employees are acutely aware of their individual responsibility to provide customer service and take the initiative to help that is something the managers of this particular location should be proud of.

The home and garden area of this particular location is among the best stocked I have been to. There are always attendants at the garden center checkout and the throughput is organized and fast, even on busy weekend days. The garden center keeps on hand an ample supply of carts and roller flats. Perhaps most importantly, the staff actually seems to care about the plants and keeps them well watered and maintained with quick markdowns and removal keeping in time with seasonal plant needs. Would very much recommend.
