I’m in this store at least four times a week and it’s usually clean and the employees are friendly and seem to be loyal as in its not a revolving door of new employees. Keep it up

The associates at the customer service/return counter are always pleasant to me ; on the last visit , Jarviece was extremely polite and pleasant in processing my returns.

They’re very nice and professional at this store

We are working on a outside project and needed 6 in nails. The store close to our house didn’t have them ( or we couldn’t find them) no one ask if they could help me and I didn’t see anyone to ask for help. So drove not one time but two times several days apart to get the nails. I was ask both times if I needed help finding anything. Both times the employee had to get a big latter and get what I needed ( a big bucket of nails ) from the top shelf. Put them in my buggy and said to let the ladies up front know if I needed any help loading them in my vehicle! A great experience!!

I called ahead to confirm a hard to find item was in stock. Was told it was and that several would be in customer service with my name for pick up. When I arrived, everyone denied having spoken to me and the item was not even in stock. I had traveled a good distance specifically there for that necessary item for my child’s safety. I confirmed this was the correct location. Had the employees been apologetic or kind about this, or attempted to help with some type of solution, that would be one thing. They were not.

Today and every time I’ve gone in the store Theophelis is a great help and very knowledgeable. His customer service is a 20/10. You need to hire more just like him.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY EXCEPT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TRAINING AS YOU CHECK OUT IN THIS PLACE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF CHECK OUT AISLES WITH NO CASHIERS. TODAY IT WAS ONLY 8 FOLKS AHEAD OF ME IN SELF CHECK OUT. WHAT A TRAIN WRECK AND GETTING WORSE WITH EACH PASSING DAY.

I stopped in to grab a grill brush, and the lady at the checkout was super energetic and engaging

We normally shop the Home Depot closer to us in another town but we were in this town at the time and had to buy something. The cashier automatically gave my husband a military discount without us having to ask and that really impressed us.

Don’t bother with this location. Drive to Trussville. Employees here are horrible. Always out of stock on simple items.

It was nice this morning to see smiles and greetings and being asked to be helped. I've worked allot in customer service in the hotel industry during my life and I know how hard it can get. I must say it was refreshing too see.

Solving my property maintenance and construction needs since the store opened in ~1990. This location has had strong management and people for decades with one period in late 1990s to early O0s. When new management was brought in, all those problems went away over a period of about two years. In those years, I often would stop to speak with store management when a problem arose. It was always addressed by my next visit. If not on the spot in a kind, helpful to all, manner. Improvement has been a constant throughout the last 10 years for sure. My most recent experience on Sunday was like they had written a symphony as team members used a warm handoff to transfer me to the next associate until they saw me checking out with not what I had come in for - on Sunday, I left my local HD with a far better solution to my problem. Thank you Festival Center, Home Depot, one and all! Well done.

Workers at this store failed to treat me as a customer as they would have desired to be treated. Cashiers at the self-check out register were rude and failed to be helpful to me.
