The associates are friendly and helpful but 1 person for a department doesn’t work. That equals angry customers!

Planning a new kitchen can often be an exhausting and perplexing process. However, I was totally impressed with the customer service I received from Rita Karstens - Kitchen and Bath Design Consultant. Rita was extremely knowledgeable and educated us on all of the options available to us. She was very patient and did not make us feel rushed in any way. I would highly recommend her with your next planning project as she came recommended to me from my contractor. Honestly, the level of service I received far exceeded my expectations. Rita, thank you again for making this such a positive experience!

Great customer service from Cashier Varga!!

I feel like over the past couple of years since I started shopping at this specific home depot, my experiences have been getting better and better! I would have to say when I am posting this in August of 2022 that Home Depot in Egg Harbor Township , New Jersey is really great! Their employees are top-notch! I was very impressed! My latest visit, today, was awesome! My fiance and I were shopping and looking around for something we needed, and we didn't even have to ask for assistance, a young gentleman approached us and offered to help us! He was a lot of help! And then when I was at the courtesy desk to make a payment on my Home Depot credit card, I was actually having a couple issues because I guess I couldn't use the one specific type of card I was trying to use to make the payment. The cashier who was helping me was extremely patient and helpful. I ended up just needing to use a different card, and he was patient while I had to move some funds around. He was very nice and polite and helpful. Their selection is always great, as well as their prices, but I have to say their employees are really really top-notch at the moment! I was very happy with my visit today and the last visit I had about a month ago. I definitely recommend going to this Home Depot in particular! I have went to other Home Depots in the area in the past couple years and none of them have been as good as the one in Egg Harbor Township! Definitely recommend

I had to go to the HD in EHT for some last minute desperately needed plumbing supplies and I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes.This was at 10 AM on a Tuesday morning. Due to my limited knowledge of plumbing parts, I would've most likely spent twice that much time searching for the parts that we needed, if it weren't for the sales personnel who assisted me. .

My husband and I were unsure and weary about buying a new patio door, and Dominic’s assistance and customer service from Home Depot 08234, made the process seamless and painless. He answered all our questions and assured us a great product! couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

On 5/20/22, I was purchasing three door combo [deadbolt & hanfle] locksets and a total of 12 new keys from blanks. The staff was kind, helpful and VERY professional. They were able to answer every one of my questions about the locksets, as well as guiding me on which keys to purchase, what keys fit the same lockset, etc. I couldn't have gotten through the experience without their expert advice. They deserve recognition for the great job that they did!

My wife and I are remodeling a bathroom and kitchen. We met one of the home depot staff - Rita Karstens. She was amazing. Professional , knowledgeable, articulate, funny and helped us out tremendously with no pressure. We got what we needed and she explained everything to us. On this Monday morning 05/09/22 HD Staff were very friendly and willing to assist customers. I had to purchase several items from several dept. Dave (HD Staff) in Plumbing assisted me with several items I needed from the plumbing dept, which were in different isles. His "Dave" knowledge was very helpful in finding my specific items. Being a former Journeyman for a Aero-Space company I too understand how specific items have importancy. Dave helped my get these items in a timely matter.

Pete is such an asset to Home Depot. My husband & I can't say enough about this young man. He was so attention to detail and went above and beyond his duties. He searched high and low for items we were searching for and when we didn't think it was in the store, he found it. He was OUTSTANDING! Thank you!

Everytime we come here, the staff is always friendly and willing to help. We have to return alot of things especially with renovating a home and we never had any issues.

Too much crap in aisles and in front of store

picking up a rug at this store was effortless. the young people working there are so nice and kind.

I definitly have a very good experience buying my products at this Home Depot they had all I needed,my cashier was very plasent she went out her way in order to get a pprice for me for something that did not have barcode or ticket price.Also when you enter the building you will have smiley faces all around the store,someone will always ask you if you need something,or need any help,they will direct you where your items are.

bought a Ryobi pressure washer.Easy to use and did exactly what I needed it to do and more.

My husband and I frequently shop at this location most of the time And Absecon store alest 4-5 times a week and weekends we usually never have a problem, though sometimes we have trouble finding plumbing parts. For the most part the stores are neater then the day we came, but the way what would we do without HOME DEPOT.

I bought this exact same extension cord back in June, 2009 and have literally abused it outdoors in heat and cold. Just recently i had to replace it (Feb, 2022), because the protective coating had hardened under the sun and broke to pieces when i used it in freezing temperatures with my electric snowblower. Lasted almost 14 years, so can't complain :-)

The bought article (light dimmer switch) was exactly the right one necessary for the lamp, was installed according to directions and works beautifully.

At checkout Varsha was very kind and informative.

I purchased a lava lamp, and extension cord today as a gift for my granddaughter. She has some issues and when her lamp died it made an impact on her. Just wanted to settle her autism issues. All is good now.

Upon checking out I tried to use the Military Discount Benefit Virtual ID on the Home Depot APP. The cashier still demanded to see addition proof of veteran status. Cashier had no idea what the Military Discount Benefit Virtual ID was. Please properly train your cashiers on the Military Discount Benefit Virtual ID program.

No sales person to ask question. Read the box air compressor does not come with hose. Home Depot does not carry Porter Cable accessories. Bought a so called "universal" accessory kit with hose and variety of nozzles. NOTHING fit. Returning the Porter Cable compressor and accessory kit for a total of $164.48, That is a big sale Home Depot has just lost.

Home Depot used to be more organized now is a mess, the lumber wood expensive and very bad quality. I remember years ago Lumber 84 was a great wood#1.

Clean & Friendly Customer Service. Selection is limited on items due to store size.

This is by far, a store in the area that has excellent customer service. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Everything is neat and clean. Bathroom is nice! LOL Would like to see the kid classes come back or offer more kits for kids in store to purchase.
