ALWAYS able to find a salesperson if they don't find you first. Just all around friendlier atmosphere, clean, and organized.

store was clean and orderly. I missed cashier Aleen Long at the lumber and building materials checkout. She always has a smile and is more friendly than most cashiers. I wish she was back at the lumber and building materials checkout all the time.

Rudest ppl I've ever met and I've met quite a few!!! If you hate your job that bad, quit! You don't have to hurt someone's feelings making them feel ignorant and more down than they might already been on themselves that day! This world we live in today, especially with this virus going on, should have ppl being a little more humble not knowing tomorrow could be your last day on earth instead of years you thought had left

The store was clean & easy to find what I needed. There were samples of kitchen organizational cabinets & drawers, different color & styles of cabinet doors, granite & quartz. I was able to choose what I would like in my kitchen. I had a great experience with the Design Consultant, Missy. She was informative, patient & helpful!

This store was neat and clean in appearance both inside and out. The employees were courteous and helpful, however the cashier stood out as she greeted me with a smile and got me checked out quickly. Amber is an excellent example of customer service and professionalism.

We were looking at the stain but I did not like any of the sample colors for a kids picnic table. Christy asked if we needed help even though we are in there all the time & she knows we ask if we need anything. When I explained my situation, she said we had almost every color to choose from if we chose a solid stain. I was so thrilled when she said we could do the brightest red we found. She made my day just by asking if we needed help, responding to the sad look on my face & opening a new world of options up for us. I would not have thought to ask because I thought the stains were limited in their color selection. They are not nearly as limited as the example intones, hallelujah. While all the employees in this store have always been really helpful, I do not always remember their names. The best part is that they have all remained kind & helpful, even through the corona craziness this year. They have made our remodeling adventures far more pleasant.

Clean store that offers Military and veterans discount, polite folks, good stocks well organized. Let me order online for curbside, and still use my veterans discount thru the PROMO code entry already available on line. If I can avoid getting sick, I'll shop more with you, buy more, be safe, and help keep your staff safe by limiting instore shopping, while still buying more because I don't loose my discount. 10% off each order means I can buy 10% more. You do so good on all other things, and this one improvement would keep me out of the other guys store all together. Let me save a dollar, as a veteran, while I stay safe, and help you keep your staff safe. Lets win together, help me help you. SCOUTS OUT!

I love how they provide at their entrances hand sanitizer, rubber disposable gloves, disposable mask and Clorox wipes to ensure safety measures are available to us. Along with 6ft markings on their floors to help remind us, and keep us at the safe social distances and all their employees are wearing mask. Say volumes of their care for their customers and employees. KUDDOS! Oh and I love how they remember us and always give us the military discount for our military service.

If you need any lawn & garden items, go see Robert. He is the best. Very knowledgeable & great @ customer service. My wife & I purchased a pressure washer & a 50 inch Zero turn Cub Cadet on our last visit, thanks to him.

Friendly and knowledgeable

Took almost 2 hours to buy a new riding mower. Then they would not price match, but website says they do. Tried to give me a mower that had the battery installed backwards and was dead. They wanted to switch battery and I noticed a very big and deep scratch on the frame by the battery. Told the associate I did not want that mower, I wanted another one.

Home Depot gives the best customer service I have had in 50 years! The employees, especially Edith and Missy went above and beyond, God bless them both!! Thank you. Sincerely, Linda

The employees are friendly. This store is clean and organized. Much more pleasurable experience compared to the competitor across the street. We enjoy shopping here. They offer military discount at this location. The reason for four stars is because the military discount can not be applied to online orders. Compared to the competitor who does offer online military discount .

I AM NEW TO LAWN CARE SINCE MY HUSBAND DIED, AND THE GENTLEMEN HELPED ME GREATLY! I ONLY CAUGHT TOM'S NAME, BUT 2 OTHER YOUNG MEN HELPED ALSO IN GARDEN AND LAWN CARE! A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Their online pickup is a joke! Placed curbside pickup at 11am, never received updated on order. Called at 4pm and was still not ready, rep. Said they would have it ready at 6pm. We arrived at 6:10, after trying to call for 15mins, we were put on hold. 10mins later someone asked what we needed, told online pickup, order was still not ready at 6:30. 20 mins later I went in the store, they had just started to pull the order. Nearly an hour later I was finally leaving. The whole purpose of curbside pickup was avoid in person contact with others due to having a family member with compromised immune system in the household. Home Depot failed! I will not use Home Depot for their “so called curbside pickup” or go in their store. Pitiful!

The Customer service/pickup/returns desk is chaotic and disorganized at best. Employees are not very friendly nor helpful. It appears employees pick and choose who they will assist.

Pickup service is horrible. Never answer phones employees rude. Website survey stinks too.

Despite the CoronaChaos (and the ridiculousness it brings out of some people) the associates here remain helpful and patient.

I have shopped Home Debot in several states and take my word for it...this is the best Home Depot store in the country. Most friendly, helpful and knowledgable employees I have ever run across in any other retail environment. The store is clean, uncluttered and stocked well.

I love The Home Depot in Elizabethtown. The product selection, staff, and organization is a amazing. We are able to get what we need quickly in the store which is extremely clean and uncluttered.
