I just moved to the area and this is the closest store to my new home. I never feel that I am inconveniencing the staff here. They are always friendly and helpful. I have a small baby and am doing multiple projects on my house and the employees always provide me with invaluable information, and have also repeatedly helped me get all my stuff out the door with young baby in tow. Pat, the manager, has gone out of his way to help me out. We have gotten helpful information about washer/dryers, among other things. Despite being a chain store, the employees here often make it feel like a neighborhood spot.

I got great help and in an efficient manner on the materials I needed. They even lifted what I couldn't and showed me a way to get some savings on what I needed.

This Home Depot store is exceptional in the inventory & selection of garden plants & equipment come Spring & even Fall for closeouts. I've gone to local gardening stores & I can say none can rival the inventory of the Ellisville Home Depot. for product.

The store & staff are great doe all of my home & garden issues,

I ordered a washer and dryer that was not delivered on the date promised and delivery was subsequently promised a week later. When I called to check on the problem, no one at distribution answered the phone and I dont know why I have no delivery.

Troy in flooring department was amazing. Wealth of knowledge on products and padding. Did shop around a little but came back to purchase because of him.

They are always employees willing to help, and plenty.

My husband and I recently shopped for window blinds for our porch. We were given excellent service by the young man working in this department. He was patient, attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the product. It was incredibly refreshing to have this type of customer service in an era when one is routinely ignored in the stores. We will definitely shop there again!

Always a great selection and a broad price choice. This time I selected a brand name bathroom faucet that was on sale. Also received my vet discount. Installed it and happy with my choice.

We have remodeled our 80 year old cabin entirely with products from this store. We also purchased all of our lawn and garden machines, products and supplies to take care of our large yard and gardens. We have been very happy with home depot products for many years.

I refer friends and family. Some are carpenters some are plumbers. Others have just simple things like putting up a shelf. Great place and people.

I so much appreciated Mike's help looking for just the right lawn mower for my yard. He was able to explain everything to me and give me pros and cons of each. It didn't take long to make a selection because he made it easy! My husband is really happy with the mower I brought home. He was happier because he didn't have to shop for it. Also, Cathy was very helpful in checking my purchase out. She also recommended that I apply for the Home Depot Card so I could save $50 on my large purchase. That was very helpful! She was kind, friendly and thorough!!! These are tough times for everyone. We can't see anyone's faces with the masks and and it makes it more difficult to hear each other too! No one seemed aggravated to have to repeat themselves. I could tell they were smiling underneath their masks because of their positive attitudes! I really appreciated their kindness and friendliness while doing their job! Thanks Home Depot Employees. Btw, I didn't get the guys name, but even the guy who came out to load the mower in my car was a huge help! Thank you so much! I couldn't have brought it home without your help loading it into my car!!!! From start to finish the employees were there to assist me! Thanks again!!!!

Friendly staff, timely response to questions, great attitudes, and gracious in helping understand needs. The employees care about what they are doing and how they help customers. The store is clean (inside and out). I've never waited more than a couple minutes for checkout. And, this review is after 15+ years of shopping at this location.

While somehow over the years I have turned into a senior citizen, I have learned to look for the good in people that you meet personally and in business relationships as well. This Home Depot Store exhibits a small town atmosphere that warms your heart as you peruse the isles if you let it happen. My Mother told me as a young child, Life is as good as you make it. For me I have found so much good at this Ellisville Home Depot. If you have a painting problem, see Lou, if you have an electrical problem, see Charlie, for Customer Service, see Mike, if you have a general question about the store or products, see Bart, a part time retired professional who is glad to help in between volunteering to also help those in great or minor need at a local hospital, and for a smiling, fast, professional and fun check out, see Cathy. All good people plus so many more who make your shopping life at Home Depot as good and satisfying as it can be. Life is very good at this Home Depot. It's as good as you make it, Rocky

Todd and Emma in the paint Departments are top notch. Very friendly and accommodating. Not only did they match my awful brown I’m forced to have by my condo they helped me choose the right paint to use. All with a smile, that’s hard to come by these days. One of the best shopping experiences in a long time!

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. They had the item that I was looking for. I couldn't even find it on the internet but they had it and at a good price.

The salesman in the appliance department was extremely helpful and he spent the time necessary to answer our question provide us with great information. His name was Dennis.

The appliance specialist in the appliance dept. was kind patent and knowledgeable about the appliances.

Staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I definitely recommend this Home Deport location for your project needs.

This store has amazing team members. Each time we go here we are engaged and supported by any member we encounter. They are willing to help you brainstorm and share with you what they know. Excellent service, friendly staff, great product selections

Some employees and about 75% of customers were not wearing masks. I know the cdc updated guidelines but there's no way to know if folks are vaccinated or not. I'd like to see this store take public health more seriously.
