I bought this one item for a total of $4.93, but the associate at store #1961 made my day by taking me directly to the isle and rack where it was stocked, and pointed at it on the rack. Bravo!

I ran in for two tiny Norfolk Island Pine trees. They're both healthy and look great.

Be it an appliance or simple plants and flowers from the garden center, this store is in need of help. The customer is not the focus. The customer is NOT always right, but the customer is always the customer. There is no personal interest and concern on anything you buy from the store on Elston. It's a joke.

I was asked by multiple staff members whether I needed anything. They also knew where almost everything I needed was (or another nearby employee did). Giovanni helped us in the lumber area and cut some wood, and he was extremely helpful.

Good to buy landscaping items

I have bought my refrigerator and my dryer at this store and they both are running great over the last few years. Service was terrific. I always buy my plants and flowers at this location

I did not have to look for Help.They came to me I I i They asked if I needed help without me looking for help.They gave me suggestions and helpful tips. They showed me where to find the items that I was looking for they followed up to make sure everything that I needed I had all that I needed.

I have been buying a lot of things from home depot in the past month for a remodel we are doing and I have to say every time I've been to Home depot they employees are friendly and helpful. I really appreciate it.

Needed a New Refrigerator for my Trailer . Manny and His Coworker helped me out and save me money . Who don't like saving money so if you looking for something look out for the those Guys . Big help really happy with this purchase

I spent a lot of time at Home Depot across the Chicagoland area. The Elston and Levitt Home Depot is by far my favorite. The staff here are kind and courteous and are always there to lend a hand when I need it. A really great group of people here and I appreciate them every day - and yes, I am there every day sometimes multiple times a day.

I went ro get a full kitchen set of appliances there was absolutely no one to help me make the purchase in the appliance dept Called Hector the manager he said he was busy and I had to wait for Alex who I'd already waited 15 mins for and was nowhere to be found. Back to ABT I go.

I love Behr Ultra, Marquee, and Dynasty paint. Only at the Home Depot! Well, maybe you can find elsewhere, but I won't look any further because HD has my back! Friendly customer service!

The whole staff was super helpful and kind, but the gentleman in the lumbar department named Joseph was one of a kind. Awesome guy, great help, overall had a great experience shopping here.

I just wish the store helped out with the appliance warranty insurance that was sold to us by Home Depot. We had our refrigerator serviced over 5 times and had to deal with multiple missed appointments, long unpleasant phone calls. We must of thrown out combined over $1000 dollars food, which is expensive nowadays. All we keep hearing excuses. I'm feed up with the process and I'm going to start uploading my pictures and documents on social media. Maybe they will take our issues serious.
