nice store, i really love shopping at the home depot when it comes to home needs

Awesome store. AWESOME sraff.

They always have everything I need for my building needs and if not I can order on their web site for store pickup at a good price.

Angela was friendly & paying attention. Most cashier's these days are just so robotic. Unfortunately 2 other associates totally ignored me when I approached the Pro-desk. If it weren't for Angela, I'd have given this visit 1 star.

This location has a great staff that continues to go above and beyond what anyone should expect from a supply store. As a contractor, time is a valuable resource that will cost 4times if it is wasted. I have yet to have wasted any time at this HD location.

Very few people here offer assistance. Very few people give assistance when asked. Online order continues to come in wrong or damaged.

One of the better stores around. Need to keep store products in correct locations. Be sure to look over your items for damage prior to taking them home.

There are several long time employees such as Camy that provides accurate and efficient service which is much appreciated. She’s amazing.

Not so difficult to find a person to help me find the product needed. store was clean. Some were very helpful.

I needed the help of 4 employees to find the products that I needed. Everyone of them were very helpful and went out of their way to show me where each item was located. It saved me so many steps trying to find things on my own.

It's difficult to come in here with no acknowledgement from any employees. The only thing that separated Home Depot from any other Home Improvement warehouse, was your people. They used to be happy, friendly, smiling and helpful. Now, I can go anywhere and usually get better service.

George in the paint department is great

The associates at this store are always friendly and very helpful. Shortly after I moved to Escondido, I had a list of items to purchase and one of the associates showed me to everything I needed which was very much appreciated. Being a senior woman, it was great to get the help I needed.

Excellent serves

My wife and I recently purchased a new dishwasher. We were helped by Christian Anderson. He was fantastic, had great knowledge about the different appliances and helped us find the best dishwasher and the best deal. He was very professional, patient and polite. Good job Christian, you made our day. We will be back to this Home Depot store!

The staff in plumbing department not helpful at all. I wanted to ask questions about water heaters. Since I had done some research online before my visit to the store, I just made a decision. The cashier was very helpful and the employee outside was helpful loading my car.
