I requested a quart of stain to match a Hardy board product and the Home Depot team member went above and beyond what was expected. I believe his name was Mark who provided the service on 5/17/24 just prior to my check out at 11:27am. He created a mixture based on the physical sample I provided AND a sample based on a code from hardy board's touch up documentation. Wow, I got the match perfectly. On top of that he was engaging, warm, and a fun person to work with. Thank you.

Employees are always interest and enthusiastic to assist me with my needs.

I have been in this location many times over the past few years and always had excellent service and positive experiences. Noelle in the electrical department is so nice and patient with all of my many questions. Noah was also very helpful! I highly recommend this location for any of your home improvement needs.

I love coming to this store. I always encounter friendly employees and anytime I have questions, they find solutions.

Due to slow internet where I was staying I had to order a hot water tonight for pickup tmrw. It would be taken to a mountain town tmrw for installation. The product count was correct one left and the Customer Service Rep provided excellent service verified one hot water heater was in stock. Set the order to be picked up by another person took my order and pulled the hot water for pick up. Thx

I had a couple random pieces I needed as we had just moved. One of which was for my child’s crib. Chris took the time to walk me right to the part I needed. He saved me much time, energy, effort, and immeasurable frustration. Huge props to Chris!

I tried to buy an assembled grill at another company but they did not come through when promised. I needed the grill the next day as a gift. Called the Evergreen Home Depot and asked Jafari if he had any propane grills that were already assembled. Jafari and his assistant found it and I was able to buy it tonight for pickup tomorrow. I am so relieved and grateful.

These guys will go out of their way to help you with every purchase. And if you have questions about anything, they will find the answer for You.

Jafari was helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted me quickly and with an excellent attitude. 10/10 would recommend The staff is always kind and considerate. The customer service guys are always there to give you a warm greeting and answer any questions you may have. Everyone is just great and we love going in!

BUYING AN APPLIANCE AND HAVING IT DELIVERED HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE. WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH HOME DEPOT AGAIN

I am so grateful for the help in calculating the square footage I needed for the accent tile! The team members took time to patiently assist.

I bought a couple of Santa Claus last year and they are still in excellent shape. I also bought this time fake poinsettias that look real and are beautiful here at the Club The store is clean and easy to walk around. Parking place easy Sales people and Managers are happy professional people with customer service orientation. Congratulations!!!

Everybody from Erik to Oscar to Mike at checkout were very helpful and courteous. Even gave me tips to make the project even more professional

I needed help locating the items for my latest project.... came across Sergio, who listened to what I was doing, and escorted me to the isle (special screwdriver) and item... then helped me pick out the one that worked best for me....AND escorted me to another section (screws) and figured out what size I needed. I hate being told "aisle x on the left hand side" because I can never find things... Sergio took the time to REALLY help me get all I needed.

Staff assisted me in finding what I needed, they were very proactive.

This is the best Home Depot in the state of Colorado! I was greeted by my favorite customer service guy: Paul. There was someone new.. Mitchell. Both took the time to help me figure the best solution. Mitchell even walked back to the aisle to help get an item off a too-high-for-me shelf. I wandered back into plumbing where Jimmy was there, and he had a lot of experience with kitchen faucets. He listened to me, and we just chatted... So nice!

Eric, Brion and Chad were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us get items stacked on a high shelf for our bathroom. Great customer service and will return.

Great store! When you get there look for the thin Santa Claus looking employee Eric. I guarantee you will get personable, knowledgeable, problem solving assistance from this person.

Went there for a battery charger for my car that died. Everything was very well stocked and the employees were very helpful and super friendly! Lots of smiles and the amazing employee that helped me (I didn't catch his nam) walked me through what I was looking for, why and what would/could possibly be more beneficial for my project. Definitely making this one of our main go tos for hardware supplies!!! 🫶

When I went in today I was looking for a kitchen sink strainer replacement. I was looking down the aisles, when from behind, Mitch spoke up and asked if he could help me. Then he directed me to the exact spot where the item was found. It was very helpful.

I just moved to Evergreen and have frequented this store many times. Each and every time I’m given great hospitality with lots of people always offering to help. I wish all home depots as well as other different businesses had this type of top of the line customer service! Great job y’all!

The employees are professional, personable, caring and helpful. Whatever I need that I can buy at Evergreen Home Depot, I will go there first. I recommend it.

The Evergreen, CO branch stopped carrying 12/3 wire in 250ft roll because of theft. They have a significantly different price for it in store than online to either get home delivery or shipped to store. We had to buy it online in order to get it at that store and customer service went the extra mile to give me the actual store price w/a painful computer system override process. I treated the customer service personnel w/respect instead of being rude and they bent over backwards to help me. I sincerely appreciate this and will continue to shop there in the future, mainly because of these awesome people and how they helped me! Very very thankful for the team working at the Evergreen HD!!! Also, GMs should be allowed to have the option to stay at the store they choose after they’re two years is up. I def don’t want to lose the GM at this store because she involuntarily gets transferred. Keep this team at this store, HD, if they choose to stay!!! Thanks again, Stephanie, Nikki and Christina!!!

I purchased a flame thrower & new propane tank. My team was incredibly upbeat and cheerful! I couldn't be more impressed. They make me want to shop at 6:00 every morning! Thank you, Deb, Ken, Teresa & especially Binoy!
