We may need help at times as humans . It was not granted I was also carrying my six month old and I had to load up a hot water heater with my father with no assistance.

People are helpfull when you need help locating things.

I highly recommend Home Depot on Fair Ave. I was very impressed on the customer service they provided me.

Mario (electrical) was helpful from the time we entered the store until the sale completed. We are from houston and had just left due to a massive tornado which devastated our area. We needed supplies to help us through the process. He was compassionate and caring, providing the best options. He is a really awesome sales person.

I needed some 10 foot PVC pipes cut in half. The store employee was nice, fast and got me out of there in record time. Thank you Bob.

I have been shopping here for months without the app, till 1 employee registered my business into the pros extra, now I receive my rewards and they are coming in fast.

I had several hundred dollars worth of returns today but I wound up spending that and 150 more before I left. Christina At returns was very efficient and helped me get everything sorted out very well. I was emailed the return receipt which was convenient. Upon checking out, I also opted to have a printed and email receipt sent to me. John in electrical pulled some romex wire for me behind the locked cage, and had it for me at checkout when I completed my purchases. The only unpleasant experience was the person cleaning the restroom was very, very rude. There were about seven or eight men waiting to use the bathroom, which was not cool, especially since she had the women and men facility closed at the same time! Might point out to her there are many more male customers, (at least on this day) than female. It was not that big of an inconvenience to me, though an elderly gentleman said he was going to leave the store and I assume he did. I never saw him after that.

Based on the overall visit I was pleased with the experience. However, the person who helped me was not an HD employee but a vendor. TY Mizden for all the tool knowledge. Now I can begin my project.

The Home Depot Service Desk at Fair Avenue is top notch. The ladies at the desk are always friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to shop at this desk. It is well staffed compared to other stores. 👍

Associates are more interested in avoiding customers than helping, those that you can corner will assist but only do so grudgingly. The constant announcements on the overhead for assistance in departments makes it seem as though no one was staffed for the day.

We love the convenience of how close we live to this Home Depot, & the workers on site have generally been very nice & helpful. They seem to be pretty consistent in what they have in stock, though it's heavily visited by contractors & sometimes it can be hard to find things or certain popular items are out.

Juliana an employee at the returns desk was very helpful amd informative regarding my return items. She was also able to make a correction on a charge that was incorrect from a previous day I had went to Home Depot.

Our cashier was very apologetic for our long wait time to get our supplies.

These employees are the reason I keep coming to this Home Depot on Fair Ave they are definitely the A TEAM I may have missed someone

I went into the store to buy plants for my new home, I was sure what kind to buy and a sales associate greeted me and helped me find everything I needed. She was so fans excited to help me, best service I’ve ever had at a Home Depot.

Worst location in the whole town parking lot is horrendous customer service from employees is terrible and then when you call and actually raise a concern the 'manager' doesn't even pay attention while speaking to you

This store always goes above and beyond to make sure you receive your items. They always have items in stock. I drive across town when i need items.
