I initially went in a few months ago to get the contractor hvac filters and to no avail none were available in the sizes I needed. So I went to the next cheapest but wasn’t really cheap HDX brand. Turns out these were the 90 day filters that did a lot more than advertised. So we’re at day 60 today and these filters look like they were used outside because of the level of filtration they did. I’m impressed because I have terrible allergies and these filters worked as almost as good as hepa filters. They have earned the right to be repurchased for the filtration of my home.

So happy I did, refrigerate next.

Today I bought some Vigoro weed and feed granules for my lawn and I also inquired about the veterans spouse discount. Tonya H. at the customer service desk helped me tremendously with signing up for it. Thank you so very much.

This store is not my favorite but they do have a few exceptional employees who will go out of their way to help and are true professionals! LAWANDA, DEMETRIA, TAMELA - all under the hardworking, friendly, helpful DEMIKA! **There are other associates there willing to help and a few that are just there to look at their phones and get a paycheck. But this review was written to recognize the above for outstanding service.

This location is my go to spot when it comes to home improvement. Everything I need is always in stock, I don't have to think twice about going anywhere else. This location stays nice and clean, also the workers are welcoming and positive each time I visit.

Brian he is new there he was very friendly and professional. I would definitely come back to that location because of him.

Home Depot Fairfield AL - Top Tier Customer Service! I am usually visiting from out of town, helping with family home DIY projects. Every visit has been exceptional in terms of employee helpfulness, cheerfulness and customer-focused service. One visit i actually observed their start-up meeting with employees and their Team Leads / Store Manager. The meeting was so impressive seeing how they encouraged employees and discussed how they could better serve customers and their store. I actually had the opportunity to say thank you from a customer's view. Over-The-Top Fairfield!!!

Loved the fast service once we arrived. The cashier was happy to refund our initial purchase made online. We forgot to include the extended warranty when placing the order. So she canceled the first purchase and recreated the receipt so the price of the warranty would be also discounted with the 10% off promo code.

Make sure you check before having a refrigerator delivered. Home Depot 3rd party installers will not install if water cuttoff is not behind refrigerator. Mine was under sink cabinet right next to refrigerator and they told me they could not install it. So they took it back. Fortunately for me my old one is still working as I was getting getting an upgrade. Can’t review the GE refrigerator I chose since I did get it installed.

Had checked the online inventory and this store showed all I needed. And upon arrival they did have all the items needed.

The personnel that are available on the floor are all will to assist. Question: What happen to the veterans designated parking places, that are seen at other stores?

I purchased this battery-operated weed eater and it's the best lawn tool I own now. It's quite and very efficient. I love it.

I've purchased several things lately, my experience was great.

Shop this store frequently, most personnel are knowledgeable, however some employees should be on a no cell phone use while on the clock and there should be more employees available in ALL STORES! Other than that, above average!
