I realized the rocksalt I was buying was 50 pounds, as I stood back trying to figure out how to lift it, Jacob came and put it in the car for me. Then I went to buy the snow brush at the front, and the tag fell off so Joshua looked it up for me. As I left another person named Jamie offered to put the rocksalt in my car. Thank God for all the help!

This store strives to help you all the time. They walk youi to the area where an item is located that you are searcing for.

This location always exceeds expectations with customer service. I have a Home Depot that is closer, but often I choose the Fairlawn location for their better service and knowledge!

Brandon escorted us the items we needed. He treated us like royalty. Kenny was so gracious during our return. We exchange item for more expensive item. He was so professional and helpful. I love coming to Home Depot when people like these two gentlemen are present. It is not always like this.

The ladies in the paint section are great! So knowledgeable and helpful! The store is also clean and easy to navigate through.

THE STORE IS FINE, IM THERE ALMOST EVERY WEEK. MY PROBLEM WAS WITH DELIVERY OF THE DISHWASHER. I PURCHASED IT ON JUNE 3RD AND ITS NOW JUNE 17TH AND I AM WAITING FOR DELIVERY AS WE SPEAK. I HAD TO CALL HOME DEPOT SEVERAL TIMES TO DISCUSS THE DELIVERY PROBLEM. THE DRIVER NEEDS TO HAVE THE PHONE # OF THE ADDRESSEE. MOST WORKERS CALL WHEN THEY REACH THE RESIDENCE. MY EXPERIENCED OPINION. THIS WOULD BE BETTER SERVICE. MY TENANT HAD TO WASH DISHES ALL WK.

As usual, everything we needed was in stock including Strawberry plants, which we are experimenting with for the first time this year. We checked a couple other places but they had none. The Associates were helpful, and while checking out at the Customer Service point-of-service, Kenny was so cheerful and friendly he lifted our spirits and made us laugh even though we were feeling miserable from the stifling heat.

I hate self-serve checkout, which home depot is forcing on us. I was accused of shoplifting because I was trying to make two different transactions at the self serve checkout-- one with my business credit card and one for personal. The associate was rude and intrusive. I was clearly not leaving with unpaid items, I hadn't even moved any of the purchased items back into my cart. I will never shop at Home Depot again.

I HAD HELP ON FINDING WHAT I THOUGHT I NEEDED BUT THE WAS CLEN SO I DIDNT MIND JUST LOOKING AROUND AND END UP BUYING WHAT WAS NOT ON MY LIST

Even in comparison to other Home Depot locations, this one is by far the best hardware store to visit. Outstanding and knowledgeable staff. Tony, Joy Kristie and Clark are stars at the pro desk. Bill and Beth run the paint desk, and are very versed in paint. Wonderful location, and wonderful service.

I love this Home Depot ! I'm always greeted when I walk-in. The store is well organized, easy to find what I need quickly. The employees are nearby, if, I have a question and the cashiers are so pleasant and efficient.

The Fairlawn Home Depot store has a variety of items for contractors and home owners with reasonable prices. The store is well organized, clean and pretty well stocked considering all that has happened in 2020.

Shout out to HOME DEPOT in Fairlawn Ohio. we have been shopping at this location for approx 20 yrs, and have yet to have a bad experience with product or service. During this time of pandemic and people somewhat reluctant to speak to strangers, service clerks at this location have been very accomodating to help when needed. Plus management has been stellar in following guidelines to keep customers safe while in their store. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT.

Store manager is rude and disrespectful.

We recently purchased a home in the area and have been making several trips a week to Home Depot. There is always an associate available to answer my questions and give me advice. The store is generally clean and well organized. Associates are courteous and very knowledgeable.

A telephone order this morning I had the pleasure of speaking to Chris she was very nice , polite and professional. She helped me with with what I need and explained the process she is a true Asset to Home Depot

I had the best customer service by Damon Stone so impressed that I will always ask for him! He went above and beyond for me and help me with picking my blinds and cutting them perfectly!!! I was so frustrated that he saw me upset and comforted me and made it so easy and I am so happy!!!! Also, he helped me with all my other shopping needs as well! We need more Damon Stone's here!!!

Our Kitchen Designer, Caitlin, was exceptional in assisting us in choosing a complete cabinetry, counter top, appliances and faucet.

From the very beginning of this pandemic Home Depot has taken it seriously and taken all of its customers lives into account...great job! And thank you for helping us maintain some normalcy throughout this difficult time. Kudos to you and you employees.

Order was placed on HomeDepot.com for delivery on the 9th - multiple pallets of block, lumber, and gutters. I confirmed delivery the morning of the 8th and was assured it would be delivered as promised,. At 7pm on the 8th, I received a call that my order had been rescheduled for the 14th. No offer of partial shipment so my Friday crew could work. No action from the store or district manager. Absolutely terrible customer service, and I've since cancelled the order. This is the third time Home Depot has completely missed a delivery date with little or no notice.
