Great customer service

Employees made promises and didn't keep them. I had several employees lie to me, I ask to speak to the store manager and he transferred me to a Mr. Lizman. I ask him ( Mr. Lizman) are you the store manager and he said yes I am. I told him," Mr. Lizman I met/talk with you in the lawn/garden center" he then hung up on me. I had to call another Home Depot Store to get the store manager name and telephone number.

Customer Service excellent.

This store has been very helpful and goes out it's way to make sure you find what you need. They have also save me money on projects that would have been a lot more expensive if I had not received the assistance. Great store for assistance.

I previously called to have 10 sand tubes set aside. Employee said no call was made and showed me where tubes were and walked away in a huff. I couldn’t get any help loading them in car as no loader was available. A Good Samaritan (another customer) overheard and helped put sand in car. Additionally some employees were not very friendly during visit

Have been looking for poison ivy killer for almost a month found 2 small bottles Cashier Brittany not helpful or friendly would not bag items!

Izza in flooring, Faye in lumber, Maurice at checkout, Nia at Customer Service and Assistant Manager, Mariah, all helped make my North County shopping experience one like none other at a Home Depot. This store was better stocked and organized than the Florissant store. This is the second time in three weeks that this store had what they didn't.

Impossible to get assistance in a timely manner.

I have to give the Store Manager that work 7/13 morning some credit this is the second time I've had to deal with him and he's always nice and listens to my problem and handle it with professionalism I hate I can remember his name

Most of my experience's at this store have been helpful. I had 1 challenging situation at the pro desk and it was taking care of by the store manager Terrence and Maria. My greatest experience's have been with Cindy in the kitchen department. She has been wonderful and very helpful in helping my company pick the perfect appliances. Cindy also has help me find other items throughout the store. There's not a day that I came into this store and Cindy isn't smiling and helping someone. She don't wait on the customer to seek help in her department. She will asked if you need help. Cindy is a great addition to this store.

The store was clean and very busy. The associate who work with me was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select the doo, showing and explaining the differences and features of the items. They say women are very uncertain about such a purchase, but that day I wasn’t, thanks to my salesperson.

Associates are friendly and helpful. I can ALWAYS find what I need there.

It was near closing but the store clerks were very patient and cooperative.

This review was written during COVID 19, this location opened at 10A I arrived around 12P and there was a line due to social distances regulations. However the staff was directed customer to check out lines keeping everything in order . The staff was courtesy and helpful . In/out service . I went there for a 5g of White paint couldn’t do pick up at the store w/o going through customer service and they were busy but I was finish w my shopping by 12:46P.

The store is difficult to find items and some staff are not very knowledgeable about location of merchandise. The store does not have adequate pricing signs on gardening and plant items. Not enough staff available to answer questions. Please hire more people.

Ordered a product on Thursday and was told that it was going to be delivered today, Monday. This after the system crashed while placing the order when it was supposed to be here Saturday. They said it would for sure be here on this day and it is still not here. Called up to the store this morning and was told it would be here today at the end of the business day. Took the day off work so I could receive the delivery. Come 7 o'clock, I call the store again and speak with the manager, and she informs me that they had messed up and are doing their best so there was no reason for me to be frustrated. She then said they will not have my order until Wednesday, two more days than initially told. Manager did not apologize for inconvenience and turned it around saying I was being unreasonable. Ended up getting her to refund the delivery fee for the inconvenience. Will not return to this location. More likely to shop at Lowe's and local shops as they don't create issues and follow through on their guarantees.

Kathleen the supervisor made me wait and serviced all the customers behind me costing me at least 20 minutes very horrible customer service

I love shopping at Homedepot. They have great sales and a large variety to select from.
