I went in around Black Friday looking for a Samsung washer and dryer and met with Holly. Holly provided me with very valuable information and I then decided to go with a Maytag set. (Holly is very knowledgeable, honest and pleasant to work with!) The washer and dryer was supposed to be delivered on 12/19 but things changed and the address had to be switched. During the process to have the address changed I spoke to 3 ladies at separate times through customer service who were very helpful and pointed me in the direction to go to the original store. Amanda at the Festus location was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She processed my new transaction in a timely manner and was very pleasant to work with!

The employees we’ve had in this 63028 zip code location are much more helpful and friendly than the area we recently moved from.

My opinion they don't seem to care about customer service, management on down.

Prices were jacked up on same items bought less than a month ago. No prices for most of the lumber and no employees to help with anything from prices to loading. I’m done with this store.

I have been going in often to get items for my home and all the staff and female cashier's are super nice.

There has never been a time that when I come in to find something I am always asked by a worker if they can help. Sometimes I need help sometimes I know what I want and where it is. Always happy with what I get. Nice to have workers that know about the items they are selling.

Every employee i passed they either greeted me or asked if they could assist. Very nice and pleasant employees

We were greeted by an employee as soon as we walked in the door they directed us where we need to go. We purchased some great appliances that were on sale for a really good price and Amanda was the employee who helped us and she was really wonderful and answered all of our questions just helped above and beyond I highly recommend going to Home Depot in Festus.

This store’s employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. this visit Allonna was extremely helpful and took care of my complicated return.

Any product can be purchased at lots of locations. Its the service provided by employees that make the experience great.

very respectful gentleman specifically working in the outside department his name was glen or gwen not quite sure but he helped me immediatly even though they were very close to closing and normally people try to hide from customers. there was another gentlemen i did not get his name but he was on top of asking if i needed anything as soon as i walked into the aisle and was very persistent with making sure i was happy

Staff is friendly. Asset protection finally stopped following us throughout the store. They used to very obviously follow us...creeped my wife out, but she loves everything else about the store. Especially, that all the staff members we have encountered love on ourpepper, Ivy!

I can't say enough about the employee Tyler Woodbery in the flooring dept. He was helpful, friendly and spent a lot of time with me to pick out back splash and all the necessary supplies.

When I need ANYTHING within the realm of hardware, Festus Home Depot is my first, and usually only stop. Home maintenance items, tools for work, lumber, hardward- you name it! All under one roof.
