Warren and company in the flooring department are top notch at helping customers get what they want and care about the customer getting the right product for their needs.

I stop in here around 3 or 4 times a month. Employees are always helpful if I need help. And pretty much find what I am looking for

we were looking to buy a new front door and were very overwhelmed by the choices, price, and decisions tht we needed to make to purchase our door. the sales associate SEAN, was AWESOME. he listened to us and helped through this difficult process. he is highly informed and the role model for providing customer service. we are extremely happy with our purchase and give SEAN all of the credit for his help and patience and for providing all of the information that we needed to make this decicison.

Every employee I encountered in the store was eager to help me and had a wealth of knowledge. Des in flooring, Ab, who wasn't in flooring but still knew everything about flooring, Les in plumbing, and Rex in appliances, were all fabulous. Becky B in kitchens knocked it out of the park designing my kitchen. I will never go anywhere else. Home Depot is my new go to store.

The store manager refused to help me when there mainflioring company Concerirge Cheated and illegally charged my credit card

Earlier this year, I made several trips to the Deerfield store and got the military discount when I showed my Military Retired ID card. During my latest visit, I was refused the military discount because I needed to register on a website to identify myself as a veteran before I can get the discount. The policy was changed and was publicly announced to me until I had to purchase a new lawn mower quickly. The new policy stinks.

Good stock on most products! Easy to find using website locator. Easy returns for purchases that turn out to be not what I needed.

My husband and I enjoyed our time selecting our new entry door at this Home Depot. Sean was very helpful

The home depot in mason is my favorite “spot” to go to! The folks there are always smiling and friendly. And helpful! I have found that they are always willing and ready to help in my most recent DIY adventure. I’m always looking forward to my next visit!

I have yet to be disappointed at the Home Depot Store #3813 Mason, Ohio. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The store is clean, the self serve checkout lines are well staffed and very rarely are they out of something they regularly stock...even in the midst of supply chain issues.

When renting for several jobs the tools at this location were in much better working conditions that other home depot near by. The staff at tool rental we great at explaining how to use the tools and how to use them safely.

We recently were shopping for flooring for our bathrooms and went to the Mason Home Depot. Des was the young lady who helped us with picking out the flooring and our order. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the materials and installation and helped us with very good suggestions. Highly recommend this store and Des if you are looking for flooring.
